Neve has been such a great coach . Her teaching skills are superb as she identifies the areas for improvement in the strokes and this has given me the confidence to push myself . I am ever grateful to her for resurrecting my passion for swimming . She is an asset.Thank you Neve!! Swim Now has excellent coaches and I am impressed at their commitment to their customers. Thank you guys for ever you do . As I mentioned above you guys have helped me revive my swim skills which I left behind in school and now as an adult I have added swimming in my workout routine . Thank you once again!!

Having booked a holiday of a lifetime we wanted to improve our confidence in water and see what snorkeling was like. Rachel in Harrogate has helped us to not only improve our confidence, but make our swimming strokes better and has made us enjoy swimming. We had such pleasure and fun and being larger in size than the average people our confidence has surpassed all expectations. Thank you so much Rachel. We will miss you!

Having never learnt as a child I decided at the age of 43 to learn how to swim. From the very beginning I felt at ease and reassured by my swim teacher Deborah in Nottingham. I am very thankful for her incredible patience and enthusiasm throughout. After 3-4 months I was fitter, could breathe under water and can swim a whole length as well as picking up valuable life saving skills. Thank you.

I had a great time learning to swim with Emilia! As a learner who is in the adult age, I’m always thinking too much when practicing. I’m happy having a confident teacher who guides me focusing on each small but important step. Emilia was a patient teacher who would understand what I wanted to achieve and help me reach the goal. I really enjoy my swimming lesson every week!

Great lessons with Emilia in Exeter. Both my kids are now more relaxed and confident in the water. Looking forward to more practice sessions.

Emelia in Exeter has been amazing for our 4 yr old! She has gone from no confidence without armbands to diving underwater, swimming a short distance without armbands and being so confident when we recently went on holiday we even had swimming teachers commenting on the fact she had clearly had great lessons! That’s all within a taster and 4 x 30min lessons! Amazing development in such a short space of time - couldn’t recommend Emilia more!

Alisha was amazing for my taster lesson. She made me feel really comfortable and was very patient with me. She gave great encouragement without putting any pressure on me. So friendly and approachable. I will be booking future lessons with Alisha. Thank you

My water avoidant 6 yo has made some progress, but the management change has been shocking in terms of losing flexibility. We have been going to Liverpool on a weekend day but it's still a 40 min journey, so not something that could be made up on a school day. - The 1 week notice for absences is very much unfair as, you know, kids don't get sick with 1 week notice. Then you lose £50. - We tend to go away for holidays and half terms to visit family abroad. Before the management change we could accumulate 4/5 planned absences and then freeze 1 month payment because, as I said above, it's hard to make up lessons on other days. Current manager refused to restore this possibility for us so, well, I cancelled. A little bit more flexibility would go a long way in terms of retaining customers.

Alisha is my teacher. From the start she made me feel comfortable and took step by step approach to help me overcome my fear of water. She is punctual and hardworking. It is because of her that I am able to gain some confidence. Would definitely recommend the sessions.

I purchased a swimming lesson package for my son at Brighton, with 6 remaining sessions. However, I am considering discontinuing the lessons due to poor communication and service. Throughout the course, there have been issues such as teacher changes without notification, unexpected teacher absences, frequent pool closures, and scheduling discrepancies. This lack of consistency is disrupting our planned activities and affecting the overall experience. I had hoped for a more organized and professionally managed program, possibly from a school with its own swimming facilities. I have tried to address these concerns by requesting to reschedule sessions to align with our original agreement, but have not received a satisfactory response. This level of service is disappointing and falls short of expectations.

We are very pleased with the 1:1 tuition Jemiah has had so far with swimming instructor, Alisha. She is proficient in her delivery of the lessons, friendly, calm, understanding and adapts/personalises the activities to meet the SEN needs of her 5 year old learner. Jemiah has greatly benefited from the sessions to gradually increase his confidence being in the watervand engaging in the required skills, to earn his first certificate and special requested reward of a monster truck, which he appreciates.

Alisha is my instructor and she is very friendly and puts me at ease even though I am like a fish out of water, no pun intended. Based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. She explains things well and pushes the boundaries of what she must feel I am capable, even if I don't always feel the same. I am very wary of water but in a short time I can now blow bubbles and put my head under the water while trying to grow in confidence and relax. Alisha is very good at keeping in contact and very punctual. She is a very good instructor and has a great personality. Would highly recommend.

Clare was amazing at helping me develop my confidence in the water and especially under the water over the course of a few lessons in Bristol. She was really helpful at teaching different strokes and giving advice on technique-5 stars! :)

Really poor service from one of the "Leadership team". After initial taster session, I tried to book in for my 2 kids in the Newcastle area but was met by a very rude/condescending member of the Sheffield (not sure why the different city) "Leadership team". Intermittent communication and awful attitude. AVOID
