“If you want consistency you won’t get it. Bad communication and customer service. My instructor was hard to get ahold of. I had 1 lesson in a month while repeatedly trying to book lessons. Asked for my money back, waited 5 working days. When I enquired about the refund I was told that they forgot to do it. So I have to wait another week. Would not recommend. I should not have to chase someone who is providing a service.”

“I have been having swimming lessons with Pete at Swim Now in Sheffield for the last couple of months and it’s been a great experience. Pete breaks down the techniques of swimming into manageable drills for you to be able to build your swimming skills gradually and incrementally. It has really worked for me. Today for example in just half an hour he go me swimming back stroke using the proper technique in just one lesson. I have never been able to swim backstroke before today. Worth the price and I highly recommend.”

But at 11 years old and being 5feet 8 inches tall I felt very out of place and self conscious being in the pool with tots and young children so I have decided not to go for lessons there. If they were to do older and bigger children swimming classes j would definitely go. My little sister who is 7 goes there and she loves it”

My son can be stubborn and has trouble paying attention sometimes. The instructor they've given him has a perfect balance of firm and gentle approach which is exactly what my he needs when learning! I'm impressed so far and love watching from the side and not having to get in the pool with them. I get a chance to speak briefly with other mums who have been taking their kids for a while now and they say how amazed they are watching their kids swim when before they couldn't get them near the water, let alone in it! It makes me confident he'll be swimming in no time 👍”

“As an adult coming back to swimming after many years away I had built up quite a bit of fear/anxiety about getting back in the water. I'm happy to say that after only a few weeks with Swim Now and with the help of my instructor Pete that fear has just about disappeared.
Pete has been great and very patient taking me back to basics and building up the required techniques to get me swimming again, properly this time as I never learnt these techniques the first time and in fact never even swam with my head in the water.
I've now been putting these techniques into practice in my local pool which is great and I can't wait to do the same on holiday soon.

Unfortunate we went through 3 instructors in a short period but for those looking in the Leeds area I really recommend Kim !”
