Charged £270 for what I was told was 6 sessions 5pm-6pm twice a week, I can swim but wanted to learn the front crawl technique, arrived at my first lesson to discover I was only getting half hour lessons totalling 3 hours, the lesson took place in a pool about 10metres long 3 strokes and I was at other side, can't refund me and I won't be waisting my time going to the other 5 sessions. CRIMINAL”
“I signed up for SwimNow in early May, 4 weeks before i flew to Spain.
At first, I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to learn alot in such little time I had before going abroad.
But then I met my swim coach Robyn. I explained to robyn what I wanted to learn and the fears I had.
And
From the off go robyn knew exactly what was needed and structured an amazing plan for me to follow in such little time, whilst also helping me get over any fears I had.
I was really impressed at how much I learnt in my lessons, from floating to swimming on my back and switching from my back to my front.
Things I thought i would never ever do and it was all thanks to robyn's guidance
I left my last lesson feeling really confident and happy that I took the plunge to learn how to swim.
Since then I've been nothing but in the pool on my holiday and it was all thanks to robyn's teaching.
Robyn is an excellent coach who pushes you to do things you didn't think you could do, but she knows you can do it.

We established my swimming objectives straight away, and structured my lessons to achieve them. I am amazed at how far my swimming have come in a week. My confidence in water has greatly improved and swimming is now part of my weekly routine. “Our SwimNow instructor, Sarah, is fantastic. She is professional but very caring with our young children and they look forward to going for their lesson every week. I have had a couple of occasions when they have been poorly and missed the lessons but Sarah ensured that the missed lessons were taken as I was able to let it be known in plenty of time. Price wise it does seem expensive but it’s well worth it to ensure your child will eventually be safe in water. All equipment is provided to reassure the learner in the water. Would not hesitate to use the company again.”

From the taster session up until current, everything has been really easy in terms of organising the lesson times, and our instructor (Robyn) has been fantastic and created a really good bond with the boys.
They are only aged 3 and 5 and the 5 year old can now swim probably about 5 metres or so unaided, they are both confident at jumping in, and just being in any water now.
