Honestly it was really good, went in with no experience in the water at all, Neve was really understand and formed a plan so I could reach my goals around my schedule. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs to learn to swim but doesn’t know where to start.

My son has made amazing progress with Neve in only a few lessons. She is really patient yet encouraging and has brought the best out of him. He looks forward to going to his lesson every week.

I was really worried about how my 4-year-old daughter was going to do in water, She was 3 when she started. I am so delighted with the progress she has made all because of her outstanding swimming teacher, Neve.My daughter is so comfortable with her. She makes the whole experience more fun for my daughter. Neve is so patient with her & likewise I see improvement with each session. 😊 I am so impressed with how Neve can pick a learning strategy suitable for how Paida is feeling on that particular time of lesson as sometimes she is tired but Neve is still able to make that lesson beneficial and count for Paida. Thank you so much Neve and we are looking forward to learning, discovering and exploring whatever swimming has to offer. From the taster session we made our minds we are here to stay and grow in swimming.

Alex was my instructor for my first improved session. He listened and understood what I wanted (to be more efficient) and we did a few float drills and techniques and I really felt the benefit. Looking forward to future sessions. Highly recommended

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had my first swimming lesson with Joanna, and she was absolutely fantastic! She made me feel comfortable and confident right from the start. Her teaching style is patient and encouraging, which made the lesson really enjoyable. The company’s customer service is also excellent—fast, efficient, and very easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

Our six year old daughter has been a bit behind with her swimming skills compared to her peers and it made her a little bit self conscious and also made us worried whenever we were around water so we started booking her one to one swimming lessons with Holly-Eva and she pretty much learnt to swim independently after less then ten lessons. We are very pleased about the progress she has made and our minds are at ease knowing she is safer in water.

Neve is a fantastic swim teacher. I am very nervous in the water but Neve is so calm and reassuring. She takes it at my pace and is a fantastic support. Although I can’t swim yet, I am positive that with Neves help I will be swimming in time for my summer holiday!!

They are scam. V bad experience with Swim Now. They were calling me every time from different numners. I paid 40£ for the trial class. But I got headache and fever. That's why couldn't join. I was trying to call them on their numbers and I sent them email to change the day and to reschedule my session but nobody attended my call and I didn't get any response from them. The next morning they were calling me again for reserving the trial session. I asked them to book me for a trial class as I paid and couldn't join but they didn't book neither they refund my money. But they were saying me to book another session and to pay again 40 pounds for it. Its really disgusting and ridiculous. They are scammers.

Today the 4th January was a first trial lesson of 30 mins for £40.00. We prepared him as he is always excited to play in the water, unfortunately before half we called Sue and Liz for an address that doesn't show on the receipt and we got lost. We called both of them and asked for the refund but Sue said it's non refundable. This was a XMASS gift for my grandson but 😭 lost it while other activities were signed for him said if unable to make it it will be refunded. I wish them all the best and a happy future. We have signed him with another place.

We had one to one sessions with Andy in Leicester for a few years. He was pivotal in helping my son gain confidence in Swimming and helped him complete stages 1-7. My son truly enjoy the experience! I would highly recommend him!

While I was confident in the water I’d never been able to do the front crawl. I was concerned as an adult swimmer I’d never be able to learn (and to be honest slightly embarrassed) but Nicole is an amazing teacher and after 6 weeks I’m swimming the front crawl with proper technique and confidence! I’d highly recommend SwimNow

I had a disappointing experience with SwimNow. My baby wasn’t ready for the lessons, and despite multiple attempts, they didn’t happen. When I tried to contact the office to request a refund for unused prepaid lessons, no one responded. Ultimately, they refused to refund, which feels unfair given the circumstances. Poor communication and lack of flexibility made this a frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend them for parents needing understanding and adaptability.

I booked one to one lessons with SwimNow….Alisha is wonderful with children, she put my 7 year old granddaughter at ease instantly and she fully trusts Alisha which is key, she looks forward to her lessons each week, although she’s only been 4 times, I’m surprised with her progress, from a none swimmer to almost swimming, Thanks Alisha !

My 5year old grandson, who is on the autistic spectrum, has been having 1:1 swimming lessons with Alisha since March 2024. He began as a complete novice and since then has made tremendous progress, due to Alisha's professional expertise, along with her calm, friendly, perceptive, accommodating and encouraging nature. Even taking the initiative to study and learn more about how best to assist swimmers on the autistic spectrum. She certainly provides an inclusive, proficient service. My grandson has attained certificates and badges, accompanied by a personal gift from Alisha each time, of one of his favourite monster truck toys. The prospect of the latter item, being a strong self-motivation for my grandson to overcome a number of barriers, due to anxiety, to conquer those fears to complete specific water/swimming tasks. Such is Alisha's dedication and attention to my grandson as an individual, it is a pleasure to see their mutual bond at each lesson. Whenever I mention to others about my grandson's swimming lessons, I speak highly of Alisha. Recently, I have recommended Alisha to a friend, whose 5 year old son has similar SEN traits as my grandson. She is interested in booking Alisha for her son's future swimming lessons, prepared to travel further to do so. 😊 Many thanks, Alisha from all of us! 👌🏼👏🏼💖

I’ve been taking lessons with Neve for a few months now and she’s absolutely great!!! It is crazy to me that she isn’t completely booked out every week as she truly is that good. She makes me feel confident and never judges me when i have a bad day. She’s quite young but has many years experience of swimming. She’s extremely calm and confident in the water and is excellent at talking, which helps relax you a lot :) Although I will say, if it wasn’t for Neve being so superbly good I would not use SwimNow. Their sales tactics remind me of my ex boyfriend, calling me up at 8pm on a Friday and begging me for money. The second you open an email they call you, begging you to pay them. They try and upsell you repeatedly. It’s almost like they’ve watched a youtube course by Gary Vee, notorious crypto scammer, on how to close a sale. And when you do actually want to talk to them, it seems like they don’t want to talk to you. You’re already paying them, they probably make commission from new sales and not keeping existing sales around. I had to do some proper graft just to get them to talk to me. Their sales tactics are so moronic that they even asked me if i wanted to take swimming lessons with Neve 2 months after I had started. I block them on everything and just talk to Neve directly, as she’s actually a great human being and a great swim teacher. My life has gotten significantly calmer since they can no longer reach out to me about whatever they want to upsell me on next. Despite being subjected to what feels like a sales team who get no salary and live off of commissions alone, I still chose their swimming lessons because of how good Neve is. Whatever they make per upsell they should consider giving to Neve instead, because she’s the real reason they can close any sales at all. In fact, i deliberately avoided their service the previous 2 times I tried to use them because of their Only Fools and Horses style tactics. If it wasn’t for the fact that i wanted to learn to swim so badly I went to a taster session and got to experience The Wonder of Neve, i would not be here :)

My daughter has Arthrogryposis and is a wheelchair user. She has very limited muscle mass and needed to strengthen up so we brought her to Killerby Hall in Cayton, Scarborough and she is taught by Phoebe who I cannot speak more highly about. She’s just amazing with my daughter and has now taught her to swim on her back, tread water and swim on her front a little in just 6 months! She had zero confidence in water prior to this so we are so impressed.
