“A lot of postives, fast and responsive staff but small things have let them down. I bought a plate and with VAT+ charges cost over £2000. In my haste I missed entering a discount code for their setup (would save me £20) but when I asked if they could refund me this amount they said it was too late. I know its my fault but giving me back the £20 would have encourage me to use them for my other 2 cars. Now I will actively look to other reg providers. This is a real shame as everything else was great.”

“Plates were late for delivery, so Express is not worth it, Also, the fittment on the standard plate, meant I needed to drill one of the letters, which disfigured a letter.”

“Placed an order yesterday evening shortly after sent an email to Swiftreg to explain I had ordered the wrong one and requested it was changed. Advised this morning it was not possible to amend my order but it could cancelled with a £75 cancellation fee. Very disappointed considering I purchased a number plate through them last month and am looking for a 3rd. Will continue with the cancellation and make my purchases elsewhere.”

“I bought my plates and paid for all the transfers to be then told I could not put them on my car because of the year of the car and l could not have a refund.I wish swift reg would of told me this when I give them the Reg of my car it would of saved me £400.”

“Ordered my wife's number plate Then the next day swiftreg announanced they were doing a January sale So my wife asked if they would honour the discount as I'd brought it the day before and they said no even though it was purchased in January not good service Another thing was the courier delivered the plates which they left hanging out of the letterbox so anyone could of pulled them out!!!”

“Received my new number plate on 24/03/2021. Which was fine. Seven days later Swift sent me a mail with an Easter sale saying save 50% off transfer fees. Talk about rubbing salt in the wound ! Not very diplomatic, do they think I am going to buy another personalised number plate! Bad marketing!”
