“For the price I paid I’m very disappointed. I could have made them myself for about £20 but I paid £27 each (I bought 2) plus delivery charge. Very disappointed and would not recommend!!”

We thankfully find that the vast majority of our customers overwhelmingly agree that our bouquets meet if not exceed their expectations, so I’m very sorry to learn we did not meet yours on this occasion. In addition, we offer FREE Delivery on all orders, and charge just £3.95 for our premium Pick-a-Day and Express Delivery options. All delivery methods include accurate delivery estimates to help you decide the most cost effective option. I can see your items were Easter Gifts, and I can confirm our Free Delivery option would have ensured delivery in plenty of time. Any customers that are not satisfied with their purchase can of course return the unopened product to us for a full no quibble refund.
