“Order and paid for next day delivery for sons birthday. Paid £6.95 for the privledge! Needless to say he didn’t get the item on his birthday / it was the day after!! Terrible service after paying so much money for delivery! They didn’t even bother responding to my email telling them I wasn’t happy! Not a great service at all!”

Thank you for your review. I was sorry to learn that your order arrived later than expected. It's extremely important to us that all orders arrive on time and we do everything we can at our end to ensure this happens. Unforutnately, delays that are beyond our control can sometimes happen with any courier and I can only apologise that Royal Mail were unable to deliver your order on time on this occasion. We have of course refunded your delivery fee in full and sincerely hope this delay does not prevent you from ordering from us in the future. With regards to your last comment, I can confirm we did receive an email from you at 12:06pm today and your review was published at 12:16pm. We aim to answer all emails within an hour or the same day during busier periods. I therefore don't believe it is fair to claim we "didn't bother to reply to my email" when you only allowed us 10 minutes to do so, before publshing your review. I hope despite being a day later than expected, the bouquet was still a big hit with your son.
