“I was expecting the chocolate bouquet to be already made up , didn’t realise that it was flat packed. The disappointment on my friends face when he received the chocolate bouquet. I wanted instant impact. Disgruntled customer”

PLEASE NOTE: *** All of our products are fully assembled straight out of the box. *** We do not and have never sold flatpacked products. I can see the angle of the the tracking image provided by Royal Mail makes the box look very shallow, but I would encourage you to actually speak with the recipient who will be able to confirm the prodcut was fully assembled and gift-wrapped ready to enjoy.
