“Excellent from start to finish. A great company find and only because someone in Australia wanted to send me a present. I was over the moon with the box. Have recommended to a few friends who have now used as well. A great idea and quite unique. 😀 I sent to a friend recently and she's very happy with all her favourite choc bars. “After a mix up with delivery by Royal Mail I called and spoke to Scott. He was so helpful and understanding and arranged for a new gift to be made as Royal Mail returned the package to them damaged. Redelivery to a different address was no problem. Phone call was answered within minutes, Scott was friendly, helpful and definitely a human. Despite being the Easter weekend, Scott pulled out all the stops to ensure my package was delivered as it was a now late birthday gift. An excellent company who genuinely care about the service they offer. Would definitely recommend and use this company again purely based on service received. That said, the gift arrived at the relevant destination, looked fantastic and was well received. Cannot rate this company highly enough. Thank you to Scott and his colleagues.”
