“I looked through their website for an exercise bike and decided on a particular model so I ordered it. I built it when it arrived a couple of days later but unfortunately I could not switch it on, there was a fault in the electrics. I phoned Sweatband and explained and they sent another bike which arrived the next day. Fantastic service and I certainly recommend this company.”

“Ordered a pair of wieght lifting gloves, 1 week after paying and hearing or receiving nothing I contacted Sweatband.com. to which they told me they are waiting for stock. As a good will gesture they would send me a better pair. Anyway a few days later I had a pair of essential gloves turned up which are cheaper and very poor with no wrist support like the pair I ordered”
