“Fantastic customer service . Emma was amazing and so helpful . She made sure I found an exact match with my bridesmaid dresses and helped every step of the way ! I would definitely recommend for anyone planning an event or wedding .”

“Fantastic service from ordering swatches to placing an order. I cant remember the ladys name that took my order but she was very helpfull, knowledgable, friendly and nothing was too much trouble i would definitely recomend for excellent customer service”

“Swagger & Swoon are AMAZING! I originally ordered some swatches which I thought would match the bridesmaid dresses but when they weren't quite right, I contacted Swagger & Swoon for help and they were brilliant! They were always quick to respond and were very friendly and professional. In the end, I sent in a swatch of the bridesmaid dresses and Swagger & Swoon helped us to find a great match! Delivery was always prompt and I even received regular messages to make sure I was happy with everything. Fantastic service from start to finish! Thank you so much!!”

“I ordered some swatches to help decide which shade of purple was the best match for my new waistcoat. They were sent out promptly and with a little help, a colour decided on. A tie and pocket square combo was ordered. The entire process was accompanied by regular contact from the customer services department, which is unusual, but thoroughly appreciated as I had a few questions that needed answering about the products. Service was excellent from start to finish and I won't hesitate to use them again.”

“Amazing customer service! Our colour was a really hard one to match and we were struggling until we found Swagger and Swoon. They sent us out swatches, and kept in touch to check that we found the right colour within the swatches. The ties we wanted were out of stock, so they had them made for us and they arrived really quickly. They even popped a little favour in with the package! The ties and pocket squares are a perfect match for the colour we needed and Swagger and Swoon made the whole process so easy!”

“Absolutely excellent service and care from Emma. I chose my samples out of the colours to compare with the bridesmaids dresses and when I tried to purchase the ties and pocket squares it stated out of stock. I was really worried and contacted Emma who has been absolutely fantastic talking to their wearhouse and had managed to have the three made for me that I wanted for me wedding! I can't wait for them to come and I'm very impressed with the quality of the colour swatches and the service iv received! I'll definitely be recommending this company to all my friends.”

“Really helpful ane accommodating. They were one set short in one of the wedding colours I wanted for my mens ties but that wasn't a problem. They have had a mother made to ensure I have the colours we want for wedding. Great communication and follow up.”
