“Such personal service is a rarity. They turned an online transaction into a personal shopping experience and gained themselves a lifelong loyal customer in the process. The hand written note from Amanda wishing me a great night at the ball (it was a last minute emergency bow-tie purchase) was a great touch! If I could give them six stars I would.”

“Ordered hours before the 4pm cut off and paid £8.95 for next day (Saturday) delivery. Did not come so now I have an employee on Monday with no leaving gift. Great work by all.”
