“Great customer service from Swagger and Swoon. We bought our wedding ties online, they came quickly in the post and matched the dresses perfectly! At the last minute we realised we needed one more tie on the week of the wedding. When I rang Swagger and Swoon they couldn't have been more helpful, they managed to find another tie and post it straight away so we got it the next day in time for the wedding! We can't thank you enough.”

“I had never heard of swagger and swoon until I had to find a peach tie. They had loads of swatches to choose from that were only 30p with free delivery! Upon arrival I then got a text from one of the team asking if any matched and at this point I was stuck between two, which i stated in my reply, the service was great they asked if I needed any more samples or had fabric that could be matched. I finally chose one and ordered a skinny tie with pocket square that arrived within 2 days! (The chocolate inside made it even better- the tie was also very nice!) the service was great and very personal! I would highly recommend them and in fact I already have!”

“Amanda at Swagger & Swoon was absolutely amazing, she sent us various swatches after we sent her some photos of our bridesmaids dresses so that we could match the colour perfectly. She even sent out some extra swatches so that we could colour match my Fiance's tie to his pocket square. Our order came beautifully packaged and super quickly and we could not be happier with the service we received. I would 100% recommend Swagger & Swoon!”

“Firstly I ordered a boys tie and quickly realised it should have been a mans tie! Swagger and Swoon quickly sorted this out so when my tie arrived I was delighted. Colour true to photos which match my son's partners prom dress. Liked the personal touch with letter and sweet enclosed. I would definitely recommend buying from Swagger and Swoon again! 👍👍”

“I had the pleasure of being dealt with by Amanda, she was amazing. I'd been having a nightmare finding a day cravat for my 10 year old son, Swagger and Swoon really helped me out and had one made for me in the material and with the pattern I wanted. Although I haven't received my order yet I'm confident it will be perfect. “Very personal experience from start-finish. We ordered 4 swatches in different shades of green so we could see which ones matched our bridesmaid dresses. We were pleasantly surprised at the material, which were delivered quickly. After choosing which one we wanted for the ties we emailed Amanda regarding the material we wanted, Amanda is very friendly and helpful. When the ties arrived, the box was really cool and easy to open, inside the box there was an envelope with a poem and a favour. This is such a nice touch and very thoughtful ! weddings are hard work and is nice to get something from companies ! The ties are elegantly wrapped in tissue paper and in plastic sleeves, folded neatly. Would definitely recommend and good value for money.”
