“I was in a world of hurt about 8 months ago. 5 Years of deteriorating health and all doctors were out of ideas of what to do. NO specific allergies known, tried all the specialist diets and none worked. I could barely leave the house for the anxiety that my IBS had caused. I really was at a loss. Had an advert for Supply Life shown to me and thought I really do have nothing left to lose. The kit: small concise, easy to use and clear instructions. The Process: very quick, given we had a postal strike at the time. The Service: Wonderfully personal and the time spent with me went well over and above the allocated appointment. Really went the extra mile to discuss and answer all my concerns and questions. What did it do for me? Well before I was in a daily battle with my digestive system and bowels 'IBS' did not even seem enough to describe how bad it was. After 3 months of being on my Supply Life Diet (avoiding all Red/Amber foods) I lost 33 KG in 94 days, naturally. No extra exercise or anything, just my body being able to absorb nutrients and use the energy I provided it. No more bowel issues (3 individual times in 8 months from having issues 4 or 5 days a week), it changed my life. The weight loss has made me feel great, enabled me to grab my life back and I feel in a much better place with everything. I have reintroduced just one food item from the list (after 6 months) as a test to myself and happy to say this has gone fine. This monumental change and opportunity given to me by Supply Life has helped with my IBS, mobility, joint pains, anxiety levels and in some part to the easing of my psoriasis symptoms. I cannot recommend them more based on their product or service.”

“The supply life customer service was absolutely excellent. The kit came so quickly and was clear/ easy to use. I received the results within working 5 days. The results were comprehensive and this was even followed up with a telephone appointment with a nutritionist with advice/ guidance on how to manage my results. I also received suggestive meal plans which have been so helpful in making changes to my diet. You also receive lots of useful resources on education regarding different food groups and understanding food intolerances in more depth. I even got to speak directly with the founder Ricky Singh and he was so helpful. I really appreciated him taking the time to speak with me and understand the difficult gut health journey I had been through over the last few years. The ethos of Supply Life is to help and empower individuals to take control of their bodies and symptoms - I couldn't agree more!”

“I would highly recommend this test , as it answered a lot questions , it noted i had an intolerance to dairy and milk came up very high on the elevated section, which is spot on as I can’t stomach milk , now I know why , also it noted I was intolerant to gluten so hopefully eliminating dairy and gluten it will clear the brain fog and bloating , you receive a follow up call to go over your results afterwards and lots of advice like a meal plan , a guide to food alternatives and a patient guide book , after my call with Kieran he kindly sent me an email with links to alternative foods and advised to email anytime I had any further questions, I therefore would be really happy to recommend supply life and Kieran if your not sure why you are feeling lots of symptoms, very impressed 😃”

“Supply Life have provided me with some interesting answers. I am delighted with my first conversation with Kieran AND so excited and a little terrified for the journey ahead. “During my consultation, Kieran was very knowledgeable and provided me with useful information, as I am having to cut out dairy and gluten which limits my choices quite a lot. His follow up email provided several alternative options for usual food items which has been really helpful so I can try the alternatives. Additionally I have already began cutting out these foods for a couple of weeks now and my stomach issues have improved significantly. Thank you!”

“So, let me tell you about this crazy situation I found myself in. I had invested a significant amount of money in this company, thinking it would be a great opportunity to make some extra cash. But then things took a turn for the worse, and suddenly I couldn't withdraw my funds and they could not give me a reasonable reason for that other than asking for my personal information which is kinda weird.
