Hello, Thank you for you post. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. You have placed an order for the EcoEgg Laundry Egg (720 Wash) - Soft Cotton on the 20th of June. The Ecoegg was developed to be kind to sensitive skin and to the environment, therefore does not contain any harsh chemicals. All the products have been assessed and approved by Allergy UK, the leading medical charity for sufferers of allergy, sensitivity and intolerance. As we said in our previous emails (sent via Ebay), we do order our product from the manufacturer directly. All information provided by you was forwarded to the manufacturer and when they contacted you to send out a replacement, you refused and requested for a refund. The order was sent out by Royal Mail 2nd class on the 22nd and the estimated delivery date shows 25th-29th.
