“After making an order with confidence and paying extra for next day delivery. I was let down, only 2 items arrived on time and the remaining 9 items arrived 2 days later. This order was for a family member overseas and dude to the incompetence of Superfood, I now have to pay money out of pocket to deliver the items overseas. Explained the situation and they were not helpful and frankly didn't care. Terrible customer service and no willingness to compensate me. Was even lied to and was told the manager will be in at 5 which is actually the time their customer service close. Rude and unprofessional company!”
