“I was worried I may have not placed my order correctly as I did not receive any acknowledgement even though the payment had gone through Paypal. I was of the impression I would receive an email confirming the order but none was forthcoming. In the end I rang the contact number and was told the order was being processed. Delivery was very prompt and the goods arrived in good condition. I STRONGLY suggest that a CONFIRMATION OF ORDER email should be sent and also an email CONFIRMING DESPATCH. This is standard practice on lots of internet companies and gives reassurance to the customer.”

“When I finally received my order the products were as I expected. But the service was to 10th rate at best and that is being generous. And on one of three attempts to receive my goods I was on the east cost and the parcel was in west Yorks and the finale attempt it was left in owners lounge where anyone is aloud to wander with what luckily turned out to be a member of staff the parcel was due at 12.00 to 1.00 but because the person who the parcel was duped on has is own job to do and not the curriers I didn't receive it until 4.30 and he was very concerned that he was unable to get to me earlier . Don't bother to give contact details as the Currier dose not under stand what to do with them.”

“My local chemist shop used to get my Lamberts Ginkgo for me but now they have to wait for a minimum order. I Googled for it and found SuperfoodUK. A very pleasant surprise - much cheaper, if I remember right, free delivery. Thank you very much.”
