Thank you for the feedback. As we said in our previous email, both orders were cancelled due to stock issue and pricing error. Paypal is involved because, you have issued it as a payment method. “Never received the item and never got a reply when I informed sales about not receiving it. Still waiting to get a refund over a month after ordering the product.”

Thank you for the review. As we said in our previous email, We have not received an email from you. The order has been sent out by Royal Mail second class. The tracking number is no available.
