“Order dispatched and received quickly”

“Shocking service.Was On holiday in uk.Paid for overnight delivery.It was not delivered following day.Emailed and called service daily for 5 days,never got a response or call return.Delivered 8 days later! Had left uk by then so never got package.And was never refunded on overnight delivery charge!”

“The postage and packing were free which is always a plus! The item was delivered very quickly which was impressive.”

“Well, i have purchased item first class ( i have paid extra) on Tuesday and i got item almost a week later. I made a call to follow up my purchase, left my details. No one followed up and called back.", as well as the item arrived next week. This is is not first class delivery!!”

“I rang the order line last week to say the product I bought was out of date the man I spoke to said he would email you and you would telephone me I'm disgusted that no one has bothered to contact me the date on it was 07 2016 on the bottle please contact me on01288331446”

“My purchases have not yet arrived. Does this company even exist? It is now 25/05/16 and still no sign of purchases. Multiple emails have been sent to contact details given in purchase confirmation and dispatch confirmation but to no avail. The Customer Service is non-existent and I suspect that they will not be forthcoming with a refund either. Very disappointed.”
