“I ordered on 5.November 2017, I got an e-mail from the Superfood on 10.November that my order stasus has been updated to dispatched. I sent two e-mails to ask where my order was but I did not get any answer! Today is 26.November 2017 and I did not get my order and an answer to my question. Do you think that is fair?”

“We ordered 'Sutherland' talcum powder in a pack of four. It is good value, no extra postage, and not easily available elsewhere. The ordering process was straightforward. However, the packaging was excessive and included polystyrene 'nuggets' which are non-biodegradable or recyclable so have to go to landfill. Given that the product is robust I question whether it needs so much packaging -and if packaging / padding is required I would prefer to see recycled / recyclable / biodegradable material, eg shredded paper of cardboard, or wool waste.”

“very competitive pricing and comprehensive range of stock items from a very wide range of manufacturers, coupled with good delivery service make transactions with this company generally run very smoothly. Occasionally my order arrives in two deliveries a couple of days apart but I'm only charged for one even if it's first class. what's not to like!”
