“I ordered probiotics from Superfood to take alongside my antibiotic treatment. I was advised that the product was dispatched the nect day(08.08.16). However, i did not recieve the item and contacted the company on 12.08.16. I was advised that they could not locate the dispatch details and would dispatch the order again. I asked for it to be done next day delivery. On not receiving the probiotics on 15th of August, I again contacted the company and requested for tracking details. I had no response. I then raised a dispute with paypal. I recieved item with the next day on 16th august with a trackable 24 hr delivery sticker.the item was dispatched on the 15th of August. I then went to paypal to and cancelled my dispute as item had arrived. After this I get contact from the company stating that the item should be with me shortly. Need I say more! It must be a one off mistake but i am disappointed in the way communication was done and the accuracy of facts re dispatched items.”
