“My order did not arrive and no-one bothered to notify me!!!!.This is nearly 12 days later. I then had to phone customer services twice to get any response and get quite forceful to get any response.”

“I have yet to receive my order of 6 June 2017. However this as such is NOT the problem. The failure to reply to essential emails is the problem with Superfoods. On two occasions i asked ( by email) for the tracking number , so as to know when to anticipate delivery. Superfoods failed to reply. I also asked for long expiry dates ( as I ordered 9 bottles of ALOE, to be used over 14 months) but again Superfoods did not bother to reply.”

Thank you for the feedback. We have checked and for some reason, your email end up into a our junk mail. Unfortunately, your parcel came back to us due to a non collection. “Superfood emailed me on Wednesday 31st May to say that my order 71227/280517/14 status had been updated to...DISPATCHED, but the goods didn't arrive until Friday 9th June (9 days later) even though I live within about ten miles of Hatfield. Meanwhile I'd had an email saying that I'd "forgotten" to review my purchase, so I wrote to their sales team on 7th June to point out that I was being asked to review goods that hadn't yet arrived and even now (13th June) have had no reply. Admittedly the goods did arrive in the end and were what I'd ordered, but this is not good service: at best, just about acceptable.”

Thank you for the feedback. We have checked (even in our spam folder) and cannot see any emails from you. The order has been sent out been by Royal Mail standard delivery. On 6th June, your parcel came back to us quoting "missorted", it has been resent by Yodel under the tracking number JD0002257847049751 and shows as delivered. Please note, unfortunately deliveries with any carrier do sometimes go missing and there is very little any seller can do in a short time as enquires with the courier or Royal Mail can take time. We always try and ensure that the product which has gone missing can be sent out again in spite of any cost involved.
