“Problem /query regarding slow broadband speed. Ibrahim, called me back at the time agreed. Together we were able to resolve the issue. A very helpful and courteous gentleman - have spoken with him before over another issue; which again he helped to resolve. Thanks Ibrahim!”

“Have struggled all month with useable but dreadfully slow internet. Having contacted Supanet on numerous occasions they acknowledged that the problem was at their end and promised a fix by the end of the month. They were as good as their word, now we are getting decent speeds again. Technical staff all very helpful and understanding of our problem.”

“Have just got off of Live Chat with Alexa, what a fantastic experience, she sorted out a problem over a considerable period of time, no task was too difficult, you have an extremely professional employee working for you, try and keep her! will use Live Chat every time from now on.
