My activation day is today, but I still haven't got my router, and apparently it's only getting dispatched today. Supanet has this order for 2 weeks and yet the router is only being dispatched today

I found the service to be expeditious and friendly. I particularly liked the fact that I wasn't pushed into buying a package I didn't need, which is rare. Top marks from me, I would recommend, many thanks.

My original call was handled promptly and very efficiently. ThEnjoy operator listened carefully to me requirements of their service and produced the package I needed. The entire process was swift leaving me with the oh so rare"feel good factor" following the call. A couple of days later I received a follow up courtesy call to ensure I was satisfied with and understood the package I had opted for. An old fashiond and very welcome approach to customer service. If This is an example of the service to come then I have definitely made the right choice to change provider. Well done!!!

I originally thought I was phoning another provider but after speaking to Aaron he convinced me supanet was the way forward. He was extremely helpful and fluent throughout the the process and also the guy with the follow up call was very helpful and very informative. Super service which I would highly recommend.

My query hasn't been resolved yet but the person I spoke to was very helpful and professional and, although she couldn't help me with my query, told me what she would do to assist me in trying to resolve my problem.

Cannot comment on telephone/broadband service but trying to get hold of, and get an answer from, customer services was very, very time-consuming. Process gave the impresiion that customers who wished to cancel an order were left at end of queue. However, i must say that final contact via live chat was certainly helpful
