“Fairly prompt start. Ally answered all my questions clearly and unambiguously. At times, he needed to retrieve info - understandably - or get advice from other sections. Most importantly, I was kept aware at all times of what he was doing. There is nothing more annoying than being kept in the dark while the person the other end does something and you wonder what the delay might be and how long it will last. Very impressed with his professional attitude.”

“I had a stressful time calling supanet as per usual it took nearly 1 hr to get through so i had to hang up. To add further annoyance i was told i.d get a ringback which i didnt. Eventually simone on live chat helped me. Can u please after sortin my account not put the bill back up as per usual. Happy it was resolved but everytime i call it takes nearly 1 hr and have been cut off before after waitin 1 hr”

“The most efficient LIVE CHAT service I have used to date. I have been left waiting approximately 10 minutes on the phone to speak to someone at Supatel Customer Services. Dominique has been extremely efficient in his dealings with me and I would commend him for his initiative in taking ownership and resolving my query without breaking 'data protection'. Very many thanks Dominique you offered a first class service.”
