“What went wrong? Hmmmmm Well, They pose as an affiliated member/party to BT. (They aren't) They Charged us £0.00 when we cancelled, But........ Preceeded to charge us £221 for a none existing service and phone calls. Upon contesting this they said that As part of Sky's team, They will get the money one way or another.(wait? I thought you said BT?) Exactly. A tumor in my left testicle would be less of an issue compared to these scam artist's.”
