“They made me happy because once I found out why I couldn't receive emails (Because supanet stopped someone hacking my account) I was pleased that they stopped this at source and once I contacted Marco he was able to help me sort out how to change my password and was able to receive emails once more. I am very impressed with the service in this instance and thank Marco for being very polite and professional.”

“This is a review specifically for Marco in technical support, who was fantastic. I rang for help on 3 other occasions and couldn't be helped, Marco fixed my problem within 10 minutes so really pleased with his level of support.”

“I recently wrote a poor review as a new customer who was getting very low download speeds at peak times.I regret doing so now as I had an immediate call from one of the Managers Bilal is his name.The following day the problem was immediately solved and has worked perfectly since.Bilal was very professional and his follow up call was received as promised.Therefore I would completely take back my previous comments and would highly recommend Supanet.I am now receiving the speeds I was expecting consistently and at probably the very best price in the marketplace.Well done for turning round a disappointed customer into one that will be loyal and will certainly recommend you to my friends and family.People always make the difference!!”
