“The advisor instantly called me a lier in no un certain terms telling me that my information was unreliable and not to be relied on. Rule no1 in customer care. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT even when their wrong. Was a bit bizarre. Bordering on Rude.”
