They resolved a problem i had with my webmail. My account had been barred after spam mail had been sent from it without my knowledge

It took a bit of time, but after the system shut down my email yesterday, apparently because of an infection, the online chat process was spot-on in terms of getting things sorted out.

Initial phone call was on hold for 18 minutes then cut out. Chat session much better when questions were answered ok.

I was holding for upwards of 20 minutes when attempting to speak to an operator on telephone. This is totally unacceptable. My first attempt to use Livechat also failed due to a lack of available operators (apparently). The second attempt to use Livechat worked, but wasted a lot of time: we could have sorted it all out very much quicker on the 'phone.

used online chat to enquire an overcharge on my account. The issue was sorted within 10 mins and refund promised. Very satisfied with customer service today ????
