“They resolved a problem i had with my webmail. My account had been barred after spam mail had been sent from it without my knowledge”

“I was holding for upwards of 20 minutes when attempting to speak to an operator on telephone. This is totally unacceptable. My first attempt to use Livechat also failed due to a lack of available operators (apparently). The second attempt to use Livechat worked, but wasted a lot of time: we could have sorted it all out very much quicker on the 'phone.”
