“I would just like to say on line chat is good but calling customer services by phone is terrible I had to wait nearly 50mins before talking to anyone!!!!”

“I wont know till tomorrow if the 'chat' was of any use as my phone line has to be reinstated. Carl was helpful but it remains to be seen if there is a possitive result.”
