“Very bad and stressful experience. The day before the transfer I contacted Suntransfers.com to confirm. They told me I have to pay extra because their system did not estimated the correct distance from hotel to airport. I did even dough no my fault. Next they the transfer did not show. I called again and waited about 30 min for them to get back to me and informed me that I am on my own. I almost missed my flight( literally by 10 min). Still waiting for a refund. Rude, unprofessional and unhelpful customer service. DO NOT RECOMEND !!!”

“WARNING SUN TRANSFERS ARE HORRENDOUS, DO NOT USE. Our airport transfer in Ibiza never turned up and we could have missed our flight. Their response was 'just book a cab and we'll refund you'. Which we did (we are a family of 5 so required 2 taxi's) and luckily they both came in time and we made our flight (and it was half the price for 2 cabs as the Sun Transfers Taxi). We had confirmation saying they would refund us but nothing, you send an email and it takes '25 days for a reply as standard' and no refund. Use a local taxi company or someone else, Sun Transfers will take your money and no guarantee of your taxi or your money back if they don't turn up!”

“I highly recommend sun transfers I used them in Crete. Brilliant service, on time, clean vehicles and friendly driver. I made a mistake by booking my transfer from the wrong airport and they realised this and called me to tell me that it would be changed for me, otherwise I would have been stranded”

“Avoid! We wasted 1.5 hours on top of journey time after we arrived and were directed to the correct pick up point, only to be told by the driver this was wrong and to wait for another. Only when we double checked with him after waiting around for ages and no other transfer turning up that is in fact WAS our correct coach all along. We then proceeded to wait on the bus for an added 45+ minutes for every single seat to be filled (even more as he was waving arrivals on and then off again when they realised the coach was clearly at full capacity) we cancelled our return on route to the hotel as we were do disappointed with the waste of holiday time and didn’t want a repeat on the way back.”

“Son lo peor de lo peor, hemos contratado un servicio no solo no se han presentado sinó que además el call center no da ninguna solución a su inutilidad, fueron a "recogernos" a un hotel situado a más de 2km del nuestro. Hemos tenido que pedir un taxi y de momento no tenemos ninguna información por su parte. Es lamentable.”

“Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! If there is a delay or cancellation to your flight Suntransfers will not rearrange the booking and instead will leave you stranded in a strange country whilst also taking your money. Avoid using these thiefs, the call staff are extremely unhelpful and no manager on site to speak to either.”

“I would never use their services or recommend it to anyone. I pre booked and paid their taxi services from Paphos airport in Cyprus. My flight was delayed supposed to arrive at 10:30pm ended up getting there for 1:45am and when I got to the airport there was no driver and Had no communication whatsoever. Their desks were closed and I had nowhere to report to, phone numbers don’t work. Very disappointing I had to then pay for another taxi which charged me €90 for the travel. Will not be using their services ever again.”

“Pessimo servizio!!! Pagamento in anticipo e transfer mancato. Non si è proprio presentato nessuno. Appuntamento alle 19 di oggi. Sono le 19,20 e non c’è nessuno. Nessuna stella. Zero totale”

“Avoid Suntransfers.com like the plague…my friends and I waited and waited at our apartment yesterday, for a taxi to pick us up to take us to Murcia airport. It didn’t show… I couldn’t get hold of anyone on the phone. We then had to walk and into town to find a taxi, this cost us 51 euros on top of what we had already paid (120 euros for picking up from the airport and dropping us back) this made us late for our flight, causing unnecessary stress. I tried both telephone numbers given to us and couldn’t get through. My husband also tried in England, he couldn’t get through either. There was no call or message to explain why the driver hadn’t turned up. This is just not good enough, we were lucky not to have missed our flight, the next person may not be so lucky. Very very poor show.”

“Avoid Suntranfers like the plague. We paid 161euros for return trip from Palma airport to Soller. Car did not show up for return journey. No phone call or text to explain. Have been trying to contact them but they are as elusive as Lord Lucan. Please be warned. They have proved, with my experience, to be seriously dodgy.”

“Pessimo servizio, non meritano neanche una stella, l autista è arrivato in ritardo all aeroporto di circa 30 minuti. Quando dovevano venire a prenderci in albergo hanno ripiegato su un Taxi con oltre 40 minuti di ritardo. NON ATTENDIBILI, SERVIZIO E MACCHINA PESSIMA, CARISSIMI PER IL SERVIZIO OFFERTO. Se avessimo preso un Taxi classico andata e ritorno avremo risparmiato circa Euro 50. Barcellona”

“our flight landed at Alicante airport 20 minutes early and we made our way straight through passport control and onto the Suntransfers desk. Our driver came straight over to us and we made our way to the taxi rank where the mini bus was parked, great everything going smoothly we should be in the resort well before we expected. But when we got to the mini bus it was being inspected by two police officers, the driver got out his paperwork from the glove compartment and off they went to the police car parked nearby. We stood there not knowing what the hell was going off. After around ten minutes the driver came over to us and said in broken English "this is your fault for arriving late" !!!!!!!!!!!!! We obviously didn't take him seriously he was very much in a fluster. His Boss arrived on the scene just as the mini bus was being loaded onto a tow truck and he told us that we would have to find another way of getting to the resort. One of the police men was very apologetic and directed us to the taxi rank where we found an Elche taxi large enough for the five of us, and after a 40 minute delay we set off. Once in the resort we then had to Pay the Elche taxi driver even though we had prepaid Suntransfers. We have filled out Suntransfers refund request paperwork, but up to yet no response. We have used Suntransfers in the past and had no trouble what so ever but would I use them again, sadly NO.”

“Beware of cancelation policy. I booked this service two days ahead of time and mistakenly canceled the day before. I immediately called them to reinstate the voucher and they said that could not be done but I could repurchase the same voucher and get refund for the mistakenly canceled voucher. I repurchased a new voucher for the same trip, but they have refused to give a refund for the mistakenly canceled since the cancellation was done less than 48 hours from scheduled trip even though I took the same trip so there was no harm to anyone. I thus paid twice for this trip.”

“I had booked a return taxi journey to Palma airport with Suntransfers at 4.25 am two hours and thirty five minutes before my flight and about fifteen hours before that time I received an email from my airline. that I should be at the airport at least three hours before departure. I contacted suntransfers to see if it was possible to change my pickup time to 3.25 am and within ten minutes a guy named Ivan had it all arranged for me and was most helpful. Is it any wonder I always use Suntransfers.”

“I’m not one to write reviews but the staff of this company have restored my faith in outstanding customer service. My daughter, on her first trip abroad on her own, managed to leave her bag on the coach on a late transfer containing her passport and her purse. The staff in the UK office and the Menorca office were fantastic, from the first panicked call from a very upset girl and a stressed Mum, to the delivery of her bag to her hotel the following day, and keeping in contact with us both throughout. I can’t thank them enough and fully recommend them.”

“Have used the service 3 times in the last 6 weeks - twice it went very well, the most recent time my airport collection went very wrong. Rather than a driver waiting for me with a name card, I apparently had to approach the providers desk where my driver would be waiting. My flight was 25mins early so I hung around at arrivals waiting for my driver. After my pick up time had come and gone, I called sun-transfers who told me to go to the desk. I did that, queued at desk, when I got to the front, no driver! When a driver did finally arrive he had no idea about my booking or where I was going. Apparently he hadn’t been sent my booking details. As a result of all the delays I missed a medical appointment. On the way back they sent a bright green, 37 seater coach for just me. That wasn’t an issue, I got where I needed to go, it just seemed extremely wasteful. I contacted sun-transfers to talk to them about missing my appointment and they were not interested in the slightest, despite telling me how important customer care was. They felt the delay in my pick up was “factors beyond their control”, despite the issue being that the driver hadn’t been given the pick-up details and when I questioned the inaccuracies in their understanding of the circumstances surrounding my pick-up they told me that their lack of action in my case was both appropriate and fair.”
