“Absolutely shocking experience for my transfer in Faro. Disgraceful lack of ownership turned up and driver nowhere to be seen no communication of any issues. Chased suntransfers to be told get your own cab and your on your own. Refund not received 2 weeks after event. Avoid this business.”

“Extremely disappointed with the service from my booking. I have used Sun transfers on all my previous visits to tenerife. But I will never use again! Our collection on this occasion was over an hour late with no assistance or call from the driver to advise. And not even an apology! Our collection back to the airport was even worse!!!! They didn't show at all and we had to make alternative arrangements! Not what you need when you need to ensure you are getting to the flight on time! My contact details where on the instructions, but no call on either from your driver. I tried to call the numbers on the form with no response. You have lost a loyal customer and also my recommendations to friends I will not use you again!”

“I have used sun transfers from faro to Vilamoura lots of times and they have always been excellent, until they fail and when they fail, they fail spectacularly. Did not turn up for the return trip to the airport for my friends who I had recommended using them. After 5 minutes I called their emergency line, which they do not answer. After 20 minutes of no show, I put them in a taxi, still waiting for the emergency line to be answered. I then contacted them on their live chat only for them to say they couldn't get through to the local office either and had no idea where the driver was so we should get a taxi... brilliant, a taxi company who's idea of transfers is to recommend you to get an Uber. Company's are defined by how they respond when things go wrong, this clearly defines Suntransfers... happy to take your money and when they fail expect someone else to sort out the issue. Shocking....”

“PLEASE DON`T BOOK THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE!!! I BOOKED THE SERVICE IN MADRID, THERE WAS NO DRIVER THERE WAITING FOR US UP, I HAD EXTRA COSTS WITH TAXI AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK. I`M SO DISAPPOINTED.... PLEASE DON`T HIRE THEM. (by the way, in Madrid taxes are available and they are cheaper)”

“I booked Suntransfers in Tenerife South, was told to meet driver at a desk, my name wasn’t on list so spent 45 minutes ringing the numbers to no avail. Got another taxi to take us to be told when I complained I didn’t try to contact them. Will never use again, all tge time I wasted I could have been at my destination!!”

“We booked Suntransfers for our holiday in Lanzarote in September 2019 and the driver did not meet us at the airport to take us to our accommodation, so we made our own arrangements for the return trip to the airport going home. WE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUND. WE thought that they could not be that bad so we booked again with Suntransfers for this year 2021. Upon arrival at Lanzarote the driver greeted us and took us to our accommodation so all was well, so we thought but alas the driver did not turn up for our return the airport going home. After 20 minutes our hotel reception called Suntransfers and was advised that they would call back but we could no longer and found our own way back to the airport with less time than we should have had. SO OUR DAVICE TO ANYONE BOOKING A PRIVAT AIRPORT TRANSFER IS TO AVOID SUNTRANSFERS AT ALL COST. AFTER THREE EMAILS WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND OR A REPLY”

“avoid this company! they are fraudulently advertising that they can fulfil transfers from airport to the hotel. once you make payment within hours you receive a text message to say this has been cancelled, no warning no telephone call or email nothing! I called them to see why they cancelled to be told that they didn't have the transport, my question to them was why did you make the booking and take my money then? lola customer service team couldnt answer me this only stated that they will give me a credit note incase i wanted to use them again, i would never use this service again therefore had to file a full complaint to ask for a refund . still no response in regards to refund this company are shocking, if i could give them no stars i would have. avoid!!”

“O transfers não apareceu e tivemos que ir para aeroporto de táxi. Acabamos por descobrir que o valor que a suntransfer nos cobrou correspondia 5 vezes mais que um táxi. Além do que nem nos respondem email e chat sobre a devolução do dinheiro. Empresa nada confiável.”

“Reservation not fulfilled Reservation for a transfer on Lanzarote booked, paid and transfer confirmed by Suntransfers. As the plane arrived earlier, we have waited to be picked up. Unfortunately, not even after 40 min after the regular arriving time no pick up found place. Tried to call the provided number, no success because it is leading to the chat. Some more than helpful Spanish locals tried to call the local number which has been provided, without success, no voice on the other line, just referring to the chat. After the first bad experience, the trust in this company has been lost and decided to file a complaint and cancel the return transfer. After filing a complaint for a refund, the complaint has not been answered after almost 2 weeks. Had extra phone costs, no transfer, no reply to my complaint and refund request. Do not recommend this company at all, one big reason above, the second, the taxi cost was double cheaper than the offer by Suntransfers. Avoid this company, taxis are cheaper and for sure more reliable.”

“Contratas un servicio de taxi privado para dos personas, y se presentan con un minibus que se cae a cachos, te llevan a paso burra intoxicandote, porque entra el humo al habitaculo, y cuando reclamas, se desentienden diciendo que en caso de necesidad, te pueden poner un vehiculo de menor categoria, devolviendote la diferencia, cosa que no hacen y pasan de ti. La cara que tienen se la pisan. Que al menos a mi me llevaron, no como los que no se les presentó nadie, pero es que tienen una jeta .... en la vida vuelvo”

“We booked a taxi on 4th October 2021 for transfer to the airport in Fuerteventura on the 8th October 2021. They took our money, then we received a confirmation and booking reference number etc. The next day we received an email saying they have cancelled our booking. No apologies and no refund, just an offer of a credit note! We immediately asked for a full refund and received an email from them a week later, no apologies from them. It just offered us a credit note again! What a joke! We had already advised them that we will never use them again and want a full refund as they potentially left us stranded in a foreign country, this has obviously been ignored! We emailed them back requesting a refund again and as it was them who cancelled and as yet, no reply or refund. We're not wasting anymore time with these fools and are requesting a charge back via our credit card. Beware of using these people, they appear to simply not care if they leave you stranded, or about giving you your money back!!!”

“Thank you , thank-you , thank-you , my son first time flying alone booked your taxi . When no car showed , he rang you to find he had booked the wrong date. To the rescue , you rescheduled it and sent a car . I cannot thank you enough . The airport was pretty much shut down as he had flown to Murcia on the last flight and he would have been stranded tonight alone . Amazing service . Use this company - they are fab. Special thanks to Alonzo and Katerina . Xx”

“Absolutely awful, our taxi did not arrive and with us calling to ask where our taxi was they replied we need to get a local taxi as our taxi that we had BOOKED and PAYED for will not be coming! After saying this we said why was we not contacted as we miss our flight, they replied saying the longer we are on the phone the less time we have to book a local taxi, after that we replied again asking why have we not been contacted before hand and he replied get a local taxi and hung up on us. Please please do not use this company Absolutely disgraceful”

“We booked a transfer from Lanzarote airport to Puerto Del Carmen they never showed up, contacted the phone number and emailed but they never arrived, so we Q’ed outside for 45 minutes. No money was repaid or apology. Want my advice DONT use Sun Transfers poor service”

“Suntransfers went above and beyond we booked and paid for our transfers in May 2019 and as we all know what happened!!! I finally got away in September 2021 and this company honored our original booking only charging me 1.5 euros for the price difference in 2 years. The drivers are always on time and very polite and the vehicles are clean and tidy. I will recommend this company to anyone who will listen to me. A great service from start to finish.”

“Did not show up and want to continually argue the driver was there when he was not. Driver was not present holding a card like all the other drivers were - checked 4 times. Do not accept your response you won’t refund and it’s my job to chase and find your driver. Rubbish service and raising a dispute with my credit card company.”

“DRIVER NEVER SHOWED AND WE NEVER RECEIVED REFUND--COMPLETE RIPOFF. When we arrived at the arrivals terminal, the driver wasn't there. As we were coming off of an international flight, our cell phone service was shoddy so communication was difficult. We received a curt message from him demanding where we were. We had given Sun Transfers our flight info, but as this was an international flight, we had to go through passport control and pick up our luggage from baggage claim, all the while navigating through a massive airport--this takes time. When we got to the Arrivals terminal, the driver (who was still in his car when we arrived as we heard the turn signal) repeatedly told us to meet him at "gate 5". We had no idea where a Gate 5 was, especially as the confirmation email advised us the driver would be waiting for us at the Arrivals area. Keep in mind we were travelling with six suitcases and had just gotten off an eleven hour flight with the full expectation that our driver would be waiting for us with a sign, which was the convenience we paid 120 euros for. Nevertheless, we tried to help him find us by sending him photos / telling him exactly where we were. This was extremely stressful, and our driver soon became uncommunicative. Stranded at the airport, we had no choice but to take a taxi to our destination in Paris.”
