Taxi stond niet op luchthaven antalya 15 minuten gewacht geen taxi wel betaald Dus andere taxi moeten nemen

The driver at Rhodes Airport did not show up. When he was contacted he was obviously asleep. So rather than be stranded at the airport, we took another taxi and paid again. The company has not apologised or made a refund.

Fantastic service and value for money. I left my glasses on the ship and the drivers and manager were very helpful and agreed to wait for an additional 30 minutes while I retrieved my glasses. I would book them again no questions! Thanks for your great service, Dave B

Arrived a bit late because of the airport traffic, they refuse to take me to the hotel and I had to lose the ticket and pay £40 for a taxi ...very bad service .not recommended

I was supposed to be at Antalya airport and my flight had 30 mins delay. By the time I got out of the airport the agent tested me and refused to pick me up. Although they were provided with the flight number and they could check the flight status and know when to come to the airport they refused to come to the airport to pick me up. It was 1:30 in the morning. I fully paid the price. No refund was offered. I was completely shocked by how irresponsible these people were. Do not trust this company at all. The work like a fake or sham.

My husband and I arrived on 16th September to antalya airport everything went smoothly lovely mini bus for us clean and arrived back at hotel to pick us up after 7 days would highly recommend them and very reasonable

Taxi didn't turn up at palma Airport sone girl then arrived after an hour with my name but no taxi had to wait again the girl was not very pleasant they eventually pulled in another taxi I think from another source and that driver wasn't happy either

We paid for pick up on Piraeus Port on September 11 from Royal Caribbean Enchanted of the Seas Cruiser. Nobody came for us. When I called them I talked to somebody about it, excuses and not satisfactory answer. we had to take a Taxi to Athena.

Suntransfer.com they are very dishonest company.our flight was delayed more than 3 hours. As soon as we knew that we will be late l contacted the " driver 'a by WhatsApp and let them know abou it. l messaged few times as soon as we were told by the airline about the delay. They read the messages and never replied back. l called them and not reply at all. l contacted them and l have an automated message saying that if the service didn't happen the money will return automatically to my bank . nothing more untrue than this. when l came back from my trip. l contacted them about the money and they replied that is more than 28 days and they can verify anything therefore, no money will be refunded. That is simply a big lie. l paid them £178 for nothing , that is theft

They canceled our taxi to the airport after the pick up time via Whatsapp without any other solution to help us to arrive to the airport on time. This company is very unreliable.

9 of us travelled to alicante Airport, had transfers booked in advance, they were one hour late collecting us, on the way back we had them booked for return at 11 am. After a few phone calls and emails, the man said bus be with us in 20 mins at 11-30, traffic jam 😠 eventually arrived at 11-50. 3 of our guys got taxi after 35 minutes of waiting €75, bus was 50 minutes late on return. So stay clear of this company if you have any sense.

As to the trip to the hotel in Fuerteventura, the bus was late and extremely crowded, however, the flight was delayed for nearly half an hour and maybe thus the schedule was screwed up. On the way back from the hotel in Morro Jable to the airport the bus was in time. I had to reschedule my transport back due to a flight change. Customer service was great but the chat bot was totally useless.

Do Not use this business! We made reservations 3 months in advance and even had the reservation confirmed the day before. At the pickup time, they simply did not show up. When we called they stated that we did not get scheduled. What? No notification received until later that they were "sorry". We almost missed our flight. Later we received an apology and a 10% discount next time we schedule their service. Really, why would anyone use them again? Do NOT use this business

I have used this company for about 10 years was very happy with them until this year, I booked my taxi for torremolinos is was accepted, but a week before I was travelling they emailed me to tell me I gave a wrong address, and wanted €30 more so cancel them, got another company to do the same journey for less than suntransfare was asking for in the start, there loss is the other company gain, as I used twice a year.

Upon arrival in Malta the driver was not at the HSBC AMT as per the instructions on the booking voucher. After waiting 30mins, tried calling the emergency # indicated on the voucher only to find it has been either been noted incorrectly on the voucher or has been disconnected. Called the US customer service number several times, was given different answers each time I called, either the driver can’t find us, the driver picked up the wrong people, the driver will call me. The driver nor the CS rep who said they would call right back, called back. Was put on hold only to be disconnected. In all ended up waiting over an hour for the driver. According to your web site and the booking voucher, the driver is supposed to have either a card with Suntransfers on it or my name. I only found the driver because he happened to be standing next us to talking on the phone saying no one was there and then I asked if he was from your company and he said yes. Let me also note that I also gave a detailed description of myself, my companion and our luggage to the CSR in order to help the driver locate us. The driver ended up being a Bolt taxi driver. According to my booking I was to have a private taxi not the local service that I could have walked out of the airport and flagged down. I am very worried about the return pick up on 15,June. Will someone be there? I have very little trust in your company and am very disappointed with the service.

I am absolutely appalled at an impersonal late cancellation to a booking, after receiving a confirmation text that all was in order (which I paid extra for!) Email received at 2242hrs and we were due to be picked up at 0430hrs for transfer to airport. Lucky I had access to email!! As a customer who has used Suntransfers for over 10 years, this level of service is shocking. I called customer service who said sorry but nothing they could do and offered no alternative with only a meaningless 10% off our next booking as a gesture of goodwill seriously! I called an Uber and they were there immediately. Fantastic service. I will not be using Suntransfers again!!!!!

Sat on a hot coach for 45 mins waiting for it to fill up. Driver says he’s not allowed to go until he has a full coach. Then a 30 minute transfer turns into two and a half hours! Last on coach to then be told they don’t go to our hotel ! We did not make a mistake we were told to get this coach!! Spent every day of my holiday emailing this company to resolve and put the booking correct for our return transfer. NO REPLIES!! Got a taxi back to airport on return. Emailed a further complaint to be told they would give me a 10% discount on a further booking!!! Not in a million years! Never use this company again!

I do not normally write bad reviews however the service I received from Sun Transfers has to be shared. I could write a novel about my experience however to put it suscinctly our flight was delayed by an hour and after phoning 3 times to find out where the driver was I was told he had left and no-one else was coming. I booked with Sun Transfers to make it easier to get to our hotel but it turned out being a nightmare. Despite detailed emails the best they could do was launch a 2 week investigation where they tell you nothing and it took 3 weeks to refund my money with no compensation for the aggravation caused. Best they could do was offer 10% off my next trip - as if I would ever want to use them again. I would give them on zero star review for their entire customer service if I could. The last thing you want when you turn up at an airport after a 10 hour flight where there is a slight delay is to be told tough our driver has left and no-one else is coming!! Use another Company.

The transfer FROM the airport arrived on time. After half an hour we arrived back at the airport - the driver had forgotten to collect some passengers! I had to ask the driver why we had returned to the airport because he didn’t explain what was happening. The one hour transfer consequently took two hours. The transfer TO the airport was arranged for me to be picked up over SEVEN HOURS BEFORE MY FLIGHT. When I contacted the online agent using Suntransfers’ suggested ‘live chat’ option, Luis said that the time slot couldn't be changed because all the transfers were booked. When I asked how I could get to the airport another way, Luis literally cut me off and ended our online chat. I had no option but to take the transfer seven hours before my flight. Once home in the UK, Suntransfers finally replied to an email I sent prior to speaking with Luis, stating "our records indicate that the transfer was performed as per the details provided in the booking." I had had absolutely no choice but to take this transfer unless I wanted to pay for an hour’s ride in a private taxi. One couple on my transfer to the airport had waited 1.5 hours for Suntransfers to turn up. The couple panicked the whole journey to the airport, and very nearly missed their flight. Not a nice way to end a holiday for them either, thanks to Suntransfers. I would never recommend Suntransfers to anyone.
