“My experience with Suntransfers.com has been marvellous. Extremely helpful as I only took the name of the woman who was dealing woth my enquiry. She called back to give me a reference number. After me not actually having a reference number from the start as a client had booked my flight. They explained and answered everything I needed, which put me at ease. Would def recommend to all. “We booked what we thought was a return transfer last week however upon the departure date at 05.15 and no sign of a driver I called the company. The operator on the end advised me he would contact his operations department to see where the driver was and call me back. After ten minutes and no call back I decided to ring again. This time the agent advised me that my booking was actually for Feburary and not May. This obviously was a mistake on our part but why did the first operator not pick up on this? And why at this time of the morning with two small children did the second operator not offer me any alternative. Luckily we speak Spanish and were able to locate a taxi but I dread to think what another family in this situation would have done, Why did we recieve no email or phone call in Feburary when we didn’t turn up for the transfer that was booked. Why was no email sent to review the service we booked for Feburary. If this had been done then we would have realised our error. We will not be using this service again. A taxi was also cheaper than the service so make sure you shop around before using this company.”

“Very happy with service from Malta Airport although I was expecting a private service but actually had to wait for others from a later flight. The return from the ferry port to the airport rt was. It quite so stress free as taxi was late and I felt it necessary to ring the office to check that it was coming. The driver arrived about 15 minutes late and seemed slightly up set that I had rung the office. I later learned of his pick up schedule for the day and it would have been impossible for him to do them all on time. He would have got later as the day wore on.”

“Super transfer, on time, waited at the airport when we were delayed, return transfer exact on time, just how we like it when we have to catch the plane. Nice driver and important , safe driving, no hurry or rush, just easy.... Transfer from gran canaria airport to hotel and return.”

“Have used sun transfers previously they have always been on time cars are clean and the drivers polite and helpful. Their prices are competitive compared to other companies can't ask for more really. Would recommend them to others.”

“They should let you know that with the shuttle you can arrive at the airport 4 hours earlier and since my flight was at 6 AM waiting in the airport since 2 AM was not a good experience. They let you know the hour 24 hours before your flight so you can't even cancel it.”
