“We arrived at Haneda airport expecting to see a driver holding a card with our name on it. No card no driver. We eventually found the driver by accident. Still no card. Even though we told the driver the name of the hotel on three occasion, the same as on our paperwork he took us to the wrong hotel. I told him this is not our hotel and he insisted it was. Wrong. He unloaded our bags and drove away. It cost 3700 yen (about $35) for a taxi to take us to our hotel. I will be happy to receive a refund of the taxi fare, I have a receipt. Not a good start to a holiday.”

“After a No Show. I decided to the company a second chance! The pick up and transfer was good. However, return pick up was unacceptable. We had a premium minibus booked and we had a standard, dirty van. The driver brought his son with him who sat in the front seat with no seat belt on. The driver drove to the airport on his mobile phone for at least 75% of the journey. I felt the safety of my family was gravely as risk. He expected a tip but all I could give was a recommendation to drive without his phone!! Extremely disappointed and will never use the company again”

“Fantastic Service, I have been using Suntransfers for a number of years now and can not fault them. Driver is always there waiting and ready to go, same for the return journey, never a delay. Always friendly helpful drivers. Used them in Aug in Portugal, delighted with the service.”

“Had a taxi booked for 07.45 this morning didn’t turn up so sent a message asking where it was .Told me it would be 10 minutes waited for 20 minutes then tried calling and texting no reply. Had to book a last minute taxi for double the price and only just made our flight.So I would never use this company ever again.”

“I organised and paid for airport transfers for my son when he travelled from Malaga airport to the villa he was staying at. The journey to the villa was absolutely fine - no issues and the booking process was equally very good. However the driver on the return was truly awful. The pick up was 4am for an early morning flight. The driver and van turned up on time but the van stank heavily of weed and the driver was out of control on the motorway. Not seeing a car in the middle lane and having to swerve to avoid crashing. I complained to the company about how scared my son was and was offered 10% off a future trip. When I said this didn’t seem appropriate given the circumstances they wrote back and said they were not willing to do anything else. I won’t be using them again so proceed with caution.”

“We would not recommend this company to anyone looking for transfer services in Rhodes. Here’s more about our experience: We booked the shuttle from Rhodes Airport to Faliraki. We arrived in Rhodes, went straight to the TNT counter and were told that a van would arrive in 20-25 minutes. We were told to wait outside the airport in 35C heat with a 4-month baby and a two-year-old toddler. When 30 minutes went by and no one had communicated anything to us, we asked when the shuttle would be coming, we were told 5 minutes. It came after another 15, and one of the tyres was popped. We were then waiting for a replacement van for another 10 minutes. We booked the carpooling option that allowed a departure at most 1 hour after landing (or approaching the counter; this remains unclear to us), so perhaps the service provided didn’t go outside the contractual obligations, but it was beyond poor in terms of communication, human contact, and basic decency. On the way back, the shuttle was half an hour late (!!), and we received no information about it until we called the emergency line. Again, communication was atrocious, and we never received an acknowledgment of the delay or an apology. From this experience, which repeated itself on both legs of the journey, I’d strongly suggest that anyone avoid this company at all costs.”

“Brilliant service - booked them only one day before travel both from Dalaman airport to hotel and back. Both times, driver waiting, car nice and new and clean, air con and bottle of cold water. Would definitely use them again. Worth the cost.”

“"I met theresachin recovery group through a recommendation from my DCI brother-in-law. He had seen me go through thick and thin to get the funds snatched away in seconds by a lazy fraudulent "company", called Algoforex. He went through his police forensics and records until he came up with one final name, theresachin recovery group, who is the top-ranked in terms of feedback and reviews after tackling recovery cases. This was reassuring but I couldn't help holding a delay before I reached out to them, I emailed and call/whatsapp them on theresachin1212(AT)GMAIL(DOT)COM and WhatsApp: (PLUS)1 (234) 300‑1544. We are talking about $854,550 at stake so to a 29-year-old, that was a lot of money. This just didn't seem possible. At least from my previous experiences. When I said I screamed when I received a bank notification of a deposit of $854,550 it's because I did. In case you are going through an issue concerning your funds maybe in crypto or cash fraud, just try them out and maybe your testimony will be someone else's redemption."”

“I had a great transfer with suntransfer from airport to the hotel.Usually I take the transfer from the company where I book my vacation,but this year I saw that is quite expensive but with suntransfer (prive) it was around the half of the price.My flight was 40 min late but still the driver was waiting for us. You get a message from then 1 day before the departure with all the things that you need to know like time,location..etc..is easy peasy”

“RUBBISH company with ridiculous automated systems. RUBBISH non-existent customer services. Booked a transfer in Portugal, they auto-emailed me to add gps. Added GPS and they sent me a voucher. THEN auto-emailed (or not, who knows) me again after a few hours saying add GPS AGAIN. I cancelled and explained to them that I cannot rely on them like this and certainly am not going to keep adding GPS coordinates every few hours when they have already issues me with the Voucher. They sent the normal cancel within 48 hours, even though I booked within 48 hours and cancelled a few hours later when they messed me around. Their rep refused to fix this and refund me. Sort your systems out and be nicer to customers who genuinely wanted to use you and keep using you. I will NEVER use you again because I don't trust your systems or customer services.”

“Paid for a return transfer, waited 1 hour for driver and no show. Contacted via WhatsApp and was told to make my own way. What a sham, bunch of thieves, would not recommend and would never use again. How companies get away with this is beyond me. Zero integrity.”

“Badly let down and very concerned about exploitative business behaviour 10 Aug 2024 Sadly we are one of the almost ten percent of Sun Transfers customers to be badly let down. We booked a premium transfer from Faro to Alvor for 105 Euros, significantly more than the equivalent taxi fare. The van that collected us was a badly damaged Renault transit converted to take seats. It was filthy, very smelly and the air con wasn't working so we spent the 45 minute trip with the windows open on a motorway. Not the comfortable start to our family holiday we hoped for. More worrying than these first world problems was the fact the driver, who was embarrassed to say the least reported he was paid 5 Euros for the trip. If this is true then not only are Sun Transfers charging top rates for third rate service, they are also grossly exploiting labour in one of the poorer parts of Europe. Reprehensible on both fronts and best avoided. Use a taxi from Faro, they are clean, air conditioned and good value for money.”

“Pick up at Madrid Airport was smooth and easy. I was not picked up from the Marriott bonvoy and waited 20 minutes past the pickup time before I engaged a taxi as I was concerned about my time with an international flight. I texted twice about a refund through the automated service. First time no reply at all. Second time I received and automated reply that it would be checked out. No reply. No refund. Not happy as I travel alone and I am 74 years old.”

“I give one star because I have to, if I could, it would be 0 On July 14th, I had booked your service from Alicante airport to Benidorm and due to a delay in the flight, they refused to transport me without giving me any alternative. On my return, on July 28th, they arranged the collection location and time over the phone and they didn't show up, they called me to say they were in another location, I promptly went to the indicated location and when I got there it had already started. I tried to call and the phone was off The employees are very rude people I feel ripped off by this company and I don't recommend it to anyone. At the airport there are super affordable hourly bus services.”

“Driver was absolutely terrible. Nearly crashed many times and he was half an hour late. 6 of us in the minivan and the van had multiple dents in it and was always on his phone. Wouldn’t recommend”

“Terrible company to deal with! Booked my transfers from Girona to lloret through them, my flight was two hours delayed I had contacted suntranfers in the live chat(print attached to show) I was told that someone would be waiting for me but no! When I landed in Spain I went to form2 balcony as suntranfers handed my booking to them and was told nothing could be done and I had to claim with Ryanair! I am trying to get my refund since and they don't even answer the phone. Ryanair won't pay any compensation unless the flight is delayed three hours or more! So basically this company is ROBBING me 30euros! In the end had to get a taxi! Awful, never again! It's like a scam into my eyes, an easy way to make money! Suntranfers delegates to form2, form2 points out to ryanair and Ryanair says there's nothing they can do about it! What an easy way to steal money!”

“The worst experience ever! Arrived to Tenerife, found terminal. No driver because he waited for me.and 3 kids but due to passport checks we was in the cue over 1 hour. They said is nothing what they say can do. No refund no apologies. Not recommended at all!”
