“Had a great experience with this company over in Portugal so decided to use the service again on the trip to Spain. Booked a transfer from Malaga Airport to Mijas which was little delayed as local office thought the flight I was on was next day. Decided to book a transfer from the apt to Malaga Airport only to find out that the price is actually €100 (yes, shocking) more as the apartment shows in district of Calahonda even if it's just few mins from Mijas Costa centre. I booked the transfer 2 days before my flight and cancelled it about an hour later but because I cancelled in the afternoon and my transfer supposed to be in the morning, which meant the cancellation was less than 48hrs so got no refund of the original price.”

“Worst experience from any transfer company. Firstly they didn’t know where the street I was staying at in Tenerife was…. Every taxi driver during my stay found it without any problems. I sent coordinates and showed them on Google maps but as it was a cul de sac they said they’d have to drop me off at the bottom of a steep hill as they wouldn’t be able to turn round. This was supposedly in the private taxi I’d booked.. which turned out to be a minibus. The driver eventually agreed to take me to the end of the cul de sac without a problem. He said they wouldn’t be able to turn a large bus there tho and they’d pick me up at the bottom of the hill for the return. I said I’d booked a private taxi… not a large bus, so what was the problem. The driver insisted they wouldn’t pick me up from the property. Now I’m faced with standing on a street corner with cases waiting for a vehicle (not specified what sort) which would be looking for 2 unidentified people with cases… I cancelled the return… they then sent a text confirming the return with no refund. Useless and will never deal with them again”

“If I could give no stars I would. I had used them in the past and it was great, this time the worst. American Airlines cancelled our flight, I let them know as soon as we knew it cancelled. I purchased their insurance which turns out only covers if you cancel the transfer before your flights scheduled departure time. So because American Airlines delayed and then canceled the flight I can’t get a refund because it was after the original scheduled departure….. not sure I understand how that’s my fault but they told me to try claiming it on a different insurance to see if they would pay instead. Once we finally arrive I spoke with them the day before departure to make sure everything was good to go for a transfer from the hotel to the airport. After some talking they got it all taken care of. Fast forward to the next day 1 PM time for departure no one shows up. I reach out they forgot to dispatch a driver, they finally arrive at 1:30 in a small Kia car which I had reserved a private minivan because we had three passengers with five bags. Our luggage didn’t fit in the bag we had to carry it ourselves in the car. Once on the road he asked us three times if we were going to American Airlines and still proceeded to drop us off at Delta. I sent an email reaching out asking for a refund for both portions as you left us stranded for a half hour we almost had to take a taxi and we were running to our gate. I was refunded $13 of what cost me almost 100$ when it was all said and done, that’s what they think is a fair refund….. don’t ever use them!!!”

“Perfect service in Gran Canaria, from Playa del Ingles to Airport, yesterday morning. Very nice driver, just on time for pick up. Reserving process is easy and fast confirmation per email. The info of the pick up time took more than 24 hours, but unpatient as I am, I called the local office to hear it. So far ok. Next time the same procedure for sure. 👍”

“Fantastic service from this company in our transfers between Alecante airport and Benidorm. Got WhatsApp message day before travel from UK informing that driver will be at airport with my name on card. Very reassuring and no stress whatsoever which is what you need on holiday.”

“Unfortunately, the company has no way to deal with cases where changes to reservation are required (for example due to COVID testing results). We needed to change our pick up date to airport after COVID positive results but no drivers were available at the requested time. So then when we tried to cancel our reservation, they said it was less than 48 hours so cancellation was not allowed. This despite the fact that we had bought the extra insurance. Communicated with the customer service several times for them to explain the situation and reason but they were very rigid. Disappointed in the overall interaction with SunTransfer. It's too bad because our up from airport was good.”

“refund processed, check with bank and nothing . called them and recieved another email again saying refund being processed but could take any amount of time to be done , called them again to be told that they couldnt refund back to my card because of the time period , recieved another email asking for my bank details and after supplying that got yet another email claiming refund would be made , well guess what still no refund. no i am not saying they will not transfer you but should you have to cancel and ask for a refund be aware they dont”

“ordered child seat … after asking for it staff came to install a seat, but it wasn’t even properly secured. Driver told me it wasn’t possible to.. He just made it look like it was…! This was a serious threat to a baby… -driver was late, rude and had a terrible driving style…NEVER EVER AGAIN”

“Professional scammer service. I made a booking 2 days before travel. They confirmed and took my money, but nobody came to pick me up at the airport. Nobody answered their contact number either. I had to pay a taxi. Do not use this service. ps - they did not return my money.”

“Hello, I booked a taxi at the airport of south Tenerife, for which I handsomely paid around 100 euros. For some reason, at 8pm from the airport, there were no buses going to the largest city of the island. I arrived and there was no one. I spoke to other taxi drivers from Suntransfer and they said that they had their own clients, that no one was going in my direction and that SunTransfer always overbooks. I called the number on my invoice--one number was not working. No answer. I wrote. No answer. I spent the next 2 hours asking people at the airport, asking taxi drivers, asking at information. Tired after a long journey, I ended up waiting until 11pm to get another taxi, which cost me an additional 124 euro. I have never in my life been in a situation of ordering a taxi and no one coming. My first night was ruined. It wasn't just a question of getting reimbursed, but the anxiety and the boredom of it. The audacity of it. I would like to contact someone who is accountable, but cannot seem to find any name. Can anyone provide me with an email? I'd be much obliged. Thanks, Barbara”

“I waited from 12:45 until 1:30 for a 1:00 pick up. Because the driver never arrived I had to take a taxi to the airport to make my flight. Calls to the so-called service centres went unanswered. An appeal for a refund was brushed off. A representative for Suntransfers said that the driver was there and couldn't find me--in a giant, sparsely attended courtyard. These people are lying. They lifted 64 euros off me and did not deliver any service. If you like giving "donations" to profit-making companies like Suntransfers, throw you money away. Their operations reflect poorly on the tourist industry on Gran Canaria. Given this conduct you should be very careful when travelling there.”

“Before you decide to use this service, you need to consider how much your time is worth. My pick up at the airport was not bad as the there was only a 20-25 minute wait before my driver arrived. There was someone to greet me and let me know that I would need to wait, which I thought was very good. However, the pick-up from my hotel was far too early and I arrived at the airport 4.5hrs before my flight. This was a short haul flight from Larnaca to Heathrow so I needed to be there two hours at most. In hindsight, I would rather have paid the extra and had the extra 2.5 hours by the pool at my hotel than to have wasted all that time in the airport.”

“Return journey from Krakow - fine no problems - the great service I expect. Journey from Krakow airport to Krakow - nightmare - scammed. Some con going on - our details passed by our supposed driver to someone else - as were those of 4 other travellers from Cardiff. Outcome was rather than 2 private taxis we were directed by the con artist to an unmarked minibus. Took us to Krakow and then said we owed them a lot of cash. They got nothing from any of us. If you encounter the same ignore any calls from your supposed driver (ours was Dominic - unfortunately for him he left a picture on Whatsapp - I am 99% sure he was driving the fraudsters minibus) - instead immediately call Suntransfers Polish office (I tried but couldn't get through) - let them fix their problem out. Do not get into any unmarked minibus - I have used Suntransfers many times - apart from this escapade and one other I have been perfectly happy. However this has been their last chance - what I want is stress free travel - this was stress filled travel - if it happens again that will be the last time I use them.”
