Not the best experience unfortunately.Whenever I have used similar companies in the past, we have been met by a driver as soon as we arrive- holding up a placard with our name on- and then it is straight to their waiting car and off we go. On this occasion at Paphos airport- we had to queue up for approximately 10 minutes at a desk outside of the terminal. We were then told the driver will be with us in about 13 minutes. It was actually over 20 minutes before he arrived. Not really what you want when you have been travelling all day, including the inevitable flight delays. For the pick up to the airport- the driver was 6 minutes late and I had just started to ring the operator when the driver arrived. Instead of driving up to the hotel entrance- he parked at the end of the drive- so we had to wheel our luggage to the car. The price was competitive but really let down by the overall service delivery.

I will probably never use Suntransfers again after the incident in Paphos, Cyprus this last sunday. I booked a service on behalf of my mother from Paphos to Limassol. After my mother was picked up from the airport, the driver probably decided to make some extra money and picked up another passenger who was not a part of the trip and even this passenger was taken to his destination before my mother was. This is the most rude and unprofessional service ever. We pay for a private taxi and expect to get it.

Our flight was delayed by 20 min. Upon exiting the airport there was no one to greet us - 20 min later I phoned to be told the taxi would be there in a few min? 20 min later I phone again to be told they are there? I assure them they are not. I then discover there is a rep on site but she doesn’t advertise this? They try to get me to share a taxi. Nice try as both wd pay €70 so you make a nice profit. After 1hr 30 min taxi finally arrived and we got to the hotel after the transfer bus? The company have given a €13 euro refund. Gee thanks… I find that insulting.

Lads, never ever book with Suntransfers. My wife and my 4 kids stayed in Spain Islantilla. We booked a taxi for 6 from hotel to Airport 2 months in advanced. Taxi was booked to arrive at 6:30am but it never showed up!!!. I received a call 17 mins before arrival to inform taxi cannot arrive because of mechanical problems. Then, I got an email 2 mins later saying there was an administrative error. We almost missed the flights because we had to find two taxis (double amount) at 7am by ourselves and airport was 1 hour away (we were 6 passengers so we had to get two taxis). It was also shocking that each taxi was cheaper than what Suntransfers initially charged us. Regarding the refund, it has been very stressful because none answer our emails and they are not willing to even pay for the difference. Absolutely horrible experience with Suntransfer.

Booked a minibus from hotel in Barcelona to port but bus sent not big enough and not as booked so late embarking on our cruise. Same happened when we disembarked as 8 of us had an early flight bus again not big enough for us and luggage. They sent a driver that didn’t speak english and we weren’t prepared to wait for another car so 2 with luggage had to get a taxi to the airport. I had confirmed the night before the number of passengers and reminded them about the early flight and received confirmation that the correct vehicle would be sent for us and others on later flight.

Awful service on the way back. Told a pack of lies and have ended up well out of pocket even if their promised refund arrives. The offer of a 10% discount on the next booking just adds insult to injury. I booked transfer to the airport in Sardinia, was trying to change pick up time for 30 min earlier, was very difficult to get an answer. Finely I got email confirmation that time was changed, however the driver never showed up, nor called or send text… I had to book urgently another taxi and pay much more for last minute booking. Absolutely not possible to get someone on the phone. Not reliable company at all. Bad expirience, will not book with them anymore. Hope I will get my money back.

Arrived at kefelonia airport,collected luggage went outside to find are transfer and no taxi. Rang sun transfer and was informed the taxi had been cancelled and the money put back on the card. Arranged are own taxi, cost €25 for 3 km Checked email and was informed while we were on the plane that they had indeed cancelled the booking

On arrival, it took a long time to get our luggage, so I went and found the driver who was polite and said that it was o.k. It was a bit of a walk to the transport, but I suppose it was in the free parking bit. Coming home, the driver was a bit early which was fine as we were ready and waiting. No problems getting to airport and dropped at the entrance. I have already booked to use Suntransfers again when going to Las Palmas in November, so hope the service is as good then!

SUNTR_LE9429. We arrived at Fuerteventura airport on 10 Aug. Walked to the office. I was to write my name on the booking confirmation that I handed over and pointed out that it was on the paperwork. Went to the taxi bay and met the driver. Transfer to Corralejo was fine. Fast forward to 24 Aug and the transfer back to the airport. A disaster. Taxi did not arrive at our accommodation at the time it was booked. Rang the number to be told that they would check and call me back. Waited and waited. Transfer eventually turns up and the driver tried to make some sort of excuse he then decided that he did not speak English. I phoned the number again and spoke to a different member of staff to tell them that the vehicle had eventually turned up. I was told that I would get a refund back to the card that I had paid with. I explained that I had closed that bank account and no longer had that card. Told to reply to the email that they would send me. I replied once we got to the airport. Received their usual reply stating they would investigate and get back in 20 working days. This his is not the first time that there have been issues with Suntransfers. I will never use them again.

Used suntransfers for first time this month. Booked their semi private shuttle bus for the 45 mins transport from airport to destination and a return for 11 days later. On arrival to milas-bodrum Airport, I had to ask staff where to locate bus zones as there was nobody waiting for us even though we were told there would be at arrivals. Found them easily enough seeing as its a small airport. The transfer was 1 hour 10 mins not 45 mins,, that was no problem. On return, it took 2 hours and 15 mins! For a 45 mins transport!! There is a max. 4 pick ups for semi private but he picked up at 5 locations and went on a detour resulting in over 2 and half times it should have taken. No English spoken so can't communicate with driver. Will never use sun transfers again for this reason

AVOID THIS COMPANY. IT IS A REAL SCAMMERS. I didn´t get the transfer and never got the money refund. Also a customer service do not reply and don´t give you any assistance. Miguel Pamplona Customer Service Representative promised to reply, but never did back to me, even i wrote him many e-mails! I stayed at night with 2 small kids at the airport, because this scammers didn´t organize the transfer and told me to wait more then 4 hours!!!! for the transfer . So in the end I took a taxi and paid a fortune to get to the hotel with two small kids. I was hopping to get a refund and compensation for the taxi from suntransfers, but they never replied to me. So if you don´t want to stay at night without transfer and your money, avoid this company. As they assistant told me at the airport- it is the most untrastable company at the airport!!! Also assistant at the airport was very very rude. I travel a lot but never have expirienced this kind of customer service. Upgrdet: got an answer from customer service that a shuttle express service by mini bus can be changed to a big bus without notice and money return.

Terrible! Angry driver, bad car and driving like he has stolen the car. Payed for children seats, but No seats in the car and No refund. The driver didn't know the direction to the hotel, and when I tried to tell him where to drive he got very Angry and stoppe by the roadside for ten mintes to find out instead of listening. Stay away from this Company!

Flight delay tried to call emergency number no answer ….live chat non existent… finally next day response to my email …explained situation form letter back said they would consider my case get back to me in 45 days. An absurdly poor service will never… ever use again

Terrible customer service. Our flight was cancelled and we were rebooked on one landing a few hours earlier. It took 3 calls for them to change the transfer to the new time and then they did not inform us that we’d have to pay for the new transfer as it’s a different booking. These bookings are not attached to the airline so asking for 100% of the payment for a few hour time change for the same trip is insane.

After booking a pick up from palma airport and a return paying 130€ on arriving at the airport there was no driver to meet us we waited 30mins before getting alternative transport which was only 45€ we tried to phone but we couldn't get through. On arriving at our hotel I managed to get hold of a live chat explaining what had happened giving all details and they said would contact us after finding the driver and seeing what went wrong. We are a week later and still not heard a thing!! Don't waste your money!! They firstly over charged and then didn't turn up so we are out of pocket and the stress it caused! Very unreliable and unable to get hold of customer service.

The taxi sent had a boot too small to handle our four standard suitcases. When it arrived it also had a flat tyre and the driver was unable to speak any English. Following a lengthy phone call with Suntransfers we were left stranded at the airport with our child who had complex health needs as the taxi driver sped off. Still no apology from Suntransfers, we are bitterly disappointed as a long standing Suntranfers customer at the treatment we received, needless to say we'll go elsewhere in future.
