We would never use this company again. As people can see, the reviews are mixed, for those people actually getting a pick-up, they are of course satisfied. However, many do not get picked up, and that´s when the problems start, you will not get enough help to solve the situation and you will not get fairly compensated for it. So if you choose to travel with Sutransfers be aware that you are doing it at your own risk. We booked this company for pick up at Paris Charles De Gaulle airport and return to the same airport after a 3 day vacation at Disneyland. They failed to pick us up at the airport on time, we were supposed to be picked up at 10.20 but they arrived after 12. And they didn´t have the car seat that we had ordered and paid for. Which was the main reason we ordered a private transfer, so that our child could have a car seat. Without that we could have just taken a taxi. We made several calls to their customer service staff when the driver didn´t show up. We were told several times that the driver was on his way, that he was just outside, on his way in etc, but no driver showed up. Eventually one did show up, and then without the carseat that we had paid for. So we had to put our 4-year old in an unsafe driving situation, just hoping nothing would happen. And we had then booked a private transfers, and waited for it for nothing. We could have just gotten into a taxi and been at the hotel at 11.30. Instead of closer to 1 pm. The second driver was also late to the pick up from the hotel to the Airport, but only for 5-10 minutes so that was not a problem, just a bit stressful as we didn´t know if we were about to have the same experience as when travelling from the airport. When returning home I made a complaint and were of course expecting a full refund for atleast one of the transfers, from the airport to the hotel. As they were so late, and we had to spend so much time and money calling them, and because there was no car seat that we had paid for. But no, the only thing they offered for this trip was 50% off the transfer, but no refund for the car seat that was not in the car and that I had paid for..... Unbelievable. They actually believe that I should pay for a car seat that was not in the car. So do not use them if you can avoid it. If there is an issue they will not help you enough to resolve it nor will they compensate you. And you will have to argue for your case which will not be worth it. So do yourself a favour and don´t risk using them. It´s not worth the hassle.

waste of time !! Say they go to the destination you want and then tell you they actually DONT or you gotta wait an hour for another flight to land and get on a 16 bus. MUPPETS AVOID

I've booked a Suntransfers driver on their website 36 hours prior my trip, which was a very special holiday for me and my girlfriend. In this time, I have contact 2 times their support team via chat, to ensure that my booking is fully verified, and they succefully verified and said there will be driver waiting for me with no problem whatsoever on the times booked. I would like to note that the booking was not cheap, €226.64 in total, for arrival & return with a private driver, even though I had cheaper options, I still decided to pay more and book with Suntransfers, but it seems that I've made my worst mistake in doing that. Suntransfers knew that we booked for a full day arrival & return, so it was very important for us to make it on time to our destination so we have enough time in order to explore&have fun, and then drive back. Unfortunately, they failed on us, in the result of their unprofessional and their so rudely late driver - they made us stressed and irritated the entire trip, and showed us their true colors. You may read my full experience with Suntransfers as a new customer and decide for yourself. I hope nobody will have to go through the same rude and unprofessional situation caused all and all by Suntransfers company, including their very unhelpful customer team support. The trip was booked from Naples Train Station to Positano (1:30 hours trip), at 8:50 AM. Me and my girlfriend were already at the meeting point in Naples Train Station at 8:49 AM, waiting patiently for the mysterious driver of Suntransfers to show up with a sign and their logo as described in instructions. The time is 9:00 AM: Still no driver at the meeting point. We've started to think maybe we are standing in the wrong place, or maybe he is. So we started searching the mysterious Suntransfers's driver around in the whole Naples Train Station, inside and outside. There were no drivers holding a sign, not even from other companies. It was clear from this point that Suntransfers's driver was late and didn't show up on time. The time is 9:08 AM: We are back to the meeting point, still no driver. We decided to call Suntransfers Assistance and customer team support. We talked with a very polite and nice gentleman, who couldn't help us much beyond of what the instructions said. So he basically read us the instructions again on the phone, and said he will call again in few minutes. Amazing, isn't it? The time is 9:16 AM: By this time we already knew each area in Naples Train Station, searching for Suntransfers's mysterious driver, we started to give up. As stressed as we were, I couldn't believe the driver can be that much late. Customer service gentleman is calling us again, trying to verify if we found the driver yet. I answered him nicely, that nobody is here and we basically standing at the meeting point with nobody around us standing with a sign. He told me he will check with the "Traffic manger", I have no idea what it means, but I hoped that he could finally reach out to the rudely late driver, that clearly didn't show up on time. The time is 9:23 AM: Service customer gentleman is calling us again, trying to check up on us and see if we found the driver yet. The answer was negative again. It's very pointless to say how much me and my girlfriend were nervous and irriated, both of us looking for the mysterious driver that clearly forgot us and disrespected our booking time. Suntransfers's customer support guy couldn't help us too much, but just told us to wait at the meeting point and he promised that our driver will soon come. We did as he said, and waited and waited. The time is 9:29 AM: A lady from Suntransfers's customer service company calling, I assumed she was the "traffic manager", and she tried to verify if we finally found the driver. The was yes, eventually we saw him, coming up to the meeting point, 2 meters tall, very healthy and big guy, holding a poorly written letters "suntransfers" with my name (not even Suntransfers logo). So you couldn't miss him at all even if you really wanted! We walked up to to his car, and the gentleman of Sunstransfers customer support is calling me again and last time at 9:32 AM, wanting to verify if we found the driver at the end. I finally could verify with him that we found the driver and went inside to his car. But I have described him my honest frustration and disappointment feelings, as a first time customer on Suntransers, I have never ever thought that it could happen to me, or it will even be so hard to get hold of a driver. Customer service guy apologized for this late arrival, but it's already done, nothing else he could make better at this point. Only at 9:40 AM we started driving to the destination, after trying to communicate with the driver, he couldn't understand a word in English so I cannot even ask him what time he arrived to Naples Train Station. He obviously was super late but played himself a fool and didn't want to answer this question. Even my girlfriend asked him in Italian, but he didn't answer this question. I then stopped talking because I knew that it will make me more frustrated and angry. I just let him drive quietly so we can get to the destination as fast as possible without losing anymore time, very expensive time. I wish you could understand, how much time we spent only to find this driver, we came to Naples Train Station at 8:50 AM, and only at 9:40 AM we were in our driver's car and started moving to our destination. The journey took 1 hour and 30 minutes. We arrived to Positano at 11:10 AM. However, if the driver was on time and we started driving from 8:50 AM we would be at 10:20 AM in our destination - Positano. About an hour lost only because of Suntransfers's unprofessional and disrespectful driver. Disrespecting the times at all mean. It was a half day holiday, not even full day, so eventually every minute and hour that spent on finding this driver, ruined my girlfriend and mine's plans for the day. We were rushing at most of the time, in order to be able to see everything on the time we had left. We had very expensive private boat booking, and walking tour planned for the day, we were late, and everything on this day pretty much was planned perfectly if we only came on time, we would've been more relaxed and not rushing at all like that. Unfortunately, the late arrival of the driver ruined some of our plans for the morning, and we had to make changes on this regards. If it was an airport transfer, we would've not made it on time. But because it was a destination to explore, we had less time to explore the destination, less time to our short holiday.... All that caused by Suntransfers's driver - an irresponsible and a disrespectful driver, who disrespected the times, and disrespected me and my girlfriend as customers. Specially Suntransfers as comapny, who have a lot to do with it as well, because they are in charge of which company they hire & provide the transfers for their clients. As a client, you made me regret for even ordering a transfer on your website. I had much cheaper options, but I decided to go with Suntransfers, only because I saw the amount of positive reviews online. I didn't care to pay more for a good company. They charged me $256.16, that's a lot for a young person like me to pay this amount, but I trusted them to take me and my girlfriend on time, so this price was worth it. If I knew that the driver would be that much late, I could've taken a bus instead, it would've been cheaper and we could arrive at Positano at 11:10 AM with a cheap bus, same arrival time as the rudely late driver brought us to the destination. To my disappointed Suntransfers failed to treat me as a respected client and provide me a driver on time for the expensive booking price tag I paid for, which is very unprofessional from such a big company, i'm sure Suntransfers deal with different clients and many clients in other countries, so you would assume that they are professional and a respected company. Obviously, this situation showed me how unprofessional Suntransfers are, and even when reaching out to Suntransfers's Customer Service, they had no answer to provide me regards the rudely late driver. What can be more frustrating than this? I'm asking the Customer Service guy "Where are we suppose to stand? because there is no driver with a sign", and he basically just reads me the instructions because he doesn't know the area or information about the driver... Your customer service was not helpful at all. We felt lost and felt panicked all this time, every minute and hour I lost was because of Suntransfers and only Suntransfer's fault. Suntransfers seriously could not make it any worse. I must mention that the driver on the way back was on time and an excellent example for a perfect driver. He waited for us on the address and had good communication level, he was much nicer compared to the first driver who was rudely late and didn't want to talk or answer any questions. I cannot get over of this rudely driver you provided us, I left with a bad taste in my mouth. Very scared to even think of ordering a new transfer in the future from Suntransfers.com, because I don't want to waste my holiday time on calls with unhelpful Customer Service or finding some rude and a disrespectful driver who cannot respect times. I have all the calls with Suntransfers's customer support recorded and saved to my phone for future reference. And I will make sure to share my experience with friends and publicly with others. Because it's seriously not something you want others to experience. You know what even worse? That after reaching out to their support team the next day explaining the whole situation, nobody ever replied to me. Obviously Suntransfers careless about their customers and don't value new customers.

Superb my family including 2 young grandchildren were picked up on time from Malaga airport to la Cala de mijas and return service was first class very helpful drivers on time nice clean vehicles and excellent with plenty of luggage etc will look forward in using you again

I was quite hesitate to book transfer on line with payment upfront. Suntranfers has proved me wrong. They provided me a bigger car then the one I booked (think he just dropped off some passengers at the airport), their driver Dennis was very friendly and provided me some tips to get around area. I will recommend Suntransfers and won't hesitate to use it again.

Pésimo servicio. Dado de el vuelo sufrió un retraso de 3.40 hrs avisé apenas lo supe al centro de atención en el país de origen. Me dijeron que no era problema, el conductor en el destino estaría atento. No me esperaba nadie, lo busqué y esperamos 40 minutos, finalmente llamé al centro de ayuda y dijeron que tenían una confusión pero que en 10 minutos llegaría. 15 minutos más tarde vuelven a llamar y nada, abandonado en el aeropuerto luego de haber pagado un servicio premium. Finalmente me llamaron, habiendo explicado que estábamos en el meeting point desde un principio, y me dicen que ahora sí llegaron pero no me pueden encontrar, por lo que salí en búsqueda del conductor, al que encontré en un café cercano! En total más de una hora esperando! Además todas las conversaciones con el centro de ayuda eran en inglés, que menos mal domino. No lo recomiendo y no lo volveré a usar.

Unreliable. We have used Suntransfers many time over the last few years when travelling to and from European airports. The service was always excellent. However in June we returned from Portugal to Heathrow arriving on time at 22:55. We cleared customs and expected to be met by our driver. No one there. The airport at this time was dark and very quiet. After looking around and not finding the driver I called Suntransfers who answered immediately and said they would find out were our driver was and call back. We got a reply to say he was on his way. We waited and saw taxis we could take home but as already paid we waited. 45 minutes later the taxi arrived. The driver apologised and said he had been on a job on the other side of London. This was no excuse as at it was now well after midnight and the roads were deserted. It transpired on our journey home that the driver also was an Uber driver. When I book a car in advance I expect the car to be there to collect me. It was a horrible end to our two weeks away in Portugal coming back and having to wait around a dark deserted airport wondering when we were going to be collected, if at all. In the past I have recommended Suntransfers to friends but how could I recommend them again when we were treated so badly. I wonder if it is just in the UK that the service is so bad, as abroad we had such good experiences. Our journey to Heathrow two weeks earlier I had given 5 stars but our experience on our return totally wiped out my opinion of Suntransfers. Ref: SUNTR_JK4803

Arrived at Paphos airport, no name card held up anywhere, eventually found it on a table with a very non interested driver next to it, when we led outside the driver did not seem to know what was going on, we were eventually shown our ride, a twelve seater minibus for thirteen passengers and there luggage, ended up one of our guests sitting on the floor, dangerous rubbish service, never again ..

Spacious and comfortable vehicle. Driver was waiting at the airport when we arrived and loaded all our suitcases into the boot. Safe and comfortable drive to accommodation. Driver arrived a few minutes early on return journey and equally spacious comfortable vehicle! Text confirmation day before too! Cannot fault any aspect and would definitely use again.

Made a reservation but got no conformation tried to get on filling 4 time contact form, by messages 24/7 but not one reaction as if they where bankrupt so trustfull is somting differend

Extremely poor service at Porto airport on arrival.Driver was not there & no answer on phone number we were given.Had to get an airport taxi. Phone call which was received later, insisted that driver had been at airport.Against our better judgement, we decided to proceed with return journey.Taxi arrived 35 minutes late. We were told he had been caught up in traffic.The worst taxi service we have ever had. Do not use in Porto.

On our Departure day the driver did not turn up at all!!! After waiting over 10 minutes for the Suntranfers taxi we decided to book an alternative taxi to the airport . I contacted Suntransfers (as stated on their guidelines )but after ringing them they failed to ring me back within 10 minutes so we had no idea what was going on, they eventually did phone to say that I should order another taxi as their driver would not be turning up & that I should apply for a refund, at this stage we were already on our way the airport. This is not acceptable at all , I have received a part refund but this did not cover the cost of the alternative taxi.

Booking online was easy. Transfer there was late, driver didn’t know where he was going and couldn’t even follow a satnav, it was late at night and very dark and hotel was 3 hours away in quite a remote location down winding roads, we ended up having to use the maps on our phones and point out that he was going the wrong way. It rained a little and his wipers didn’t work. Transfer back was from Papirus transfers, car was nice and driver nicely dressed and got to airport no problems. No other issues with the company and this is the first time I’ve used them so will use again.

This company is horrible. I paid for a pick up at an airport and I paid the insurance for Gold Star which allows for a refund if my flight was cancelled. My american airlines flight was cancelled. I called them multiple times. I finally reached Suntransfers (I have their acknowledgment in writing that they would try to reschedule since American switched me to British airways. They could not accommodate the later time. Nevertheless they refused to refund my money. I am an attorney and I believe that this is insurance fraud.
