“Our booked driver has not come overhapt. We would have to take a taxi. The 50 € paid fees were only partially tolerate (23 €) because allegedly I did not call the service at the airport. After a long night flight, clearing and valuing another driver would be unreasonable for us. Very bad service. Stay away from this company !!!”

“Driver showed up 40 minutes late. I had to call twice to get answer from their service people and they wouldn't let me have a refund so I could go get a normal taxi until they wasted enough time for the driver to finally arrive. Awful, use someone else.”
