“Great service! Only hiccup was the driver was outside the departmenture with our names on, so someone had to look for him , and couldn't return into the terminal. If this happens perhaps a quick text or email would be useful Except for that 5/5! Thanks Celia and family”

“The taxi that came to take us to the airport was a normal taxi not a sun transfer one.this caused a small delay as we did not know that it was for us.”

“Both drivers to and from the resort were very friendly and offered plenty of tips about getting the best from Malta. They were so friendly and wished us a great holiday and added that they hope we would return and tell others to visit too. Would definitely use sun transfers again 👍”

“Driver did not show up at the pick up location. Called the number listed, agent assured me that the driver was at the pick up location and promised to call me back. No call back, no driver, no ride...despite a one hour wait and various calls to the agent. Took a normal taxi at the end. Suntranfers took more then two weeks to come up with a solution: a refund of exactly the amount I already paid. No compensation, nothing extra. Very disappointing service, I will never use this company again”

“Really happy with this service my drivers were so lovely I get married soon and I will be making sure all my guest use this service as I couldn’t recommend them enough my flighted was delayed 20 mins and my driver was there waiting for me it was such a relief xx”

“Driver was really rude terrible atitude he dropped my daughter and I off at other end of Benidorm we had a 20min walk to our hotel , he made me climb under bus to get our suitcases while he sat on bus , I spoke on the phone to Scottish women from suntransfers and she also was really rude other people on the bus could hear her shouting down phone and were appalled at her attitude she wouldn't tell me her name when I asked. I would NEVER use this company again .”
