No one showed up when we arrived. Ended up going to the standard taxi queue and payed for the transport again. Just stupid of me to pre-pay to Suntransfer. Stay away from this company

They refused to honor cancelation policy and kept coming back with excuses. We reported to our credit card and DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM.

This company have been amazing. Arrived in Barcelona yesterday and got delayed at passport control for over an hour - not only did our driver wait for us and get us safely to our destination in Sitges without further delay - when my 13 year old son realised he had lost his passport and I contacted Suntransfers to see if it was in the vehicle, they found that it was and sent someone straight back to deliver it to us free of charge and called to check that everything was ok - brilliant customer service !

Booked a cab from a villa in Pernera to Larnaca airport on the 2nd July 2022. The cab was supposed to pick us up at 16.30, several phone calls to Sun Transfers trying to establish exactly where our cab was, we were still waiting at 17.15 for our transfer to the airport. We had to quickly arrange a taxi with another taxi company which cost 80 euros, we finally arrived at Larnaca airport at 18.15, one hour and 15 minutes before our flight and still had to check in and get through to departures......very stressful!!! I have emailed Sun Transfers and telephoned numerous times asking for a full refund and but to date I have received no acknowledgement of my emails and now I can't get through to them on the phone! Absolutely appalling service!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Prebooked and paid for a Pick up at Istanbul Airport for my husband and I. Followed the instructions to go to gate 9 look for B1, we waited for 20 minutes no driver. Got a taxi at our own expense. I called when the following day, the voice promt states that if you have an email voucher your trip is confirmed. When it was time to go back to the airport same story. Pity I didnt read the reviews before hand I would never have used this service. Awaiting a reply and a refund.

Used this service for a trip from Albufeira to Faro Airport. Driver turned up slightly ahead of time and was very professional with regards to pick up, masks, seatbelts etc. Arrived at the airport in good time. Would not hesitate to use this service again. Thanks

We have used Suntransfers 6 times now and have to say they have been EXCELLENT!!! Always on time with clean vehicles, friendly drivers and they are NOT speed freaks like some taxi's!!! I would always recommend this company to anyone needing a transfer - I have not found anything better!!!

DON'T use this company. Didn't turn up at the airport and sent a cancellation while my flight was in the air. No apology and when I canceled the trip I got a partial refund which I am disputing with them. AVOID

Absolutely TERRIBLE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We waited 1hr and 45 minutes in Faro Airport for our transfer to Albufeira. We were not the only customers left waiting at the airport from our flight also using Suntrafers. Following several phone calls,we were eventually told to leave airport and look for white transit The driver was very rude when we eventually found him parked not near any taxi or other transfers We then cancelled our return Transfer July 2022 They are not reliable

Driver didn't turn up. Called customer services who eventually told us to make our own way into the city. This was late at night. Emailed to explain what had happened and request a refund. This was over 30 days ago. Have been completely ignored. Dreadful service.

I booked my transfer over 2 weeks prior to travelling. As my flight arrived at 11pm, I wanted to have my transfer booked and sorted. The confirmation email that was sent to me claims that if there are any delays with the flight, the driver will wait accordingly as they track the flight. I ended up getting through at Faro airport at 3:00AM and no driver was waiting for me. No communication to let me know. Only after ringing through multiple times did they tell me that my driver was “unwell” and not coming. I understand that these things happen but IF my driver was unwell, then I should have been informed prior to my flight. The man on the phone was extremely unhelpful and ignored every question I asked him, he sat there silent on the phone, not helping me to replace the driver. Unfortunately this company left me (a young vulnerable female) stranded in Portugal , a country where I’ve never been and most definitely can’t speak the language, in the middle of the night. The man stated that I’d receive a refund, but I NEVER got the confirmation email. I had to call back the next day. Another man on the phone told me that “this happens all the time”. If this happens all the time then why don’t the have the resources to fix this issue or at least a contingency plan? He then proceeded to tell me that a refund takes 15 days, which is far too long considering it was a mistake on their behalf. Sun Transfers has no sense of communication - I’d recommend to book with another company if you actually want to receive a driver. Both people that I spoke to on the phones, were extremely unhelpful, unapologetic and unable to problem solve. Based off other comments, I’m not the only one and it’s appalling that so many others are also left stranded. Hopefully this company does the right thing and refunds everyone that has been affected. The amount of emotional distress this company has caused me is too much, and has ruined my holiday.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! We booked a Taxi service with Suntransfers and the driver never showed up. We already paid the booking in advance and tried to get a refund. We were told we would have to wait 21 days while they ''investigated'' the matter even though we had called them at the time and they confirmed the driver was not contactable and they had no other drivers available. It has been well over a month now and despite several calls and emails we have not been able to get a refund. Complete disgrace.

WORST COMPANY EVER, DO NOT BOOK, TRANSFER DID NOT SHOW UP We have booked transfer from Pisa Airport to Marina di Bibbon a in Tuscany, Italy with Suntransfers. Total cost was €137.80 which was taken from my card immediately on confirmation. When we arrived there was NO TRANSFER, NO DRIVER, NO CAR. We landed at midnight with two exhausted kids who were promised a private driver waiting on us with their names on it, disappointment is an understatement. I went to live chat and have been advised that they can’t get in touch with the driver and we have to get a taxi and pay for it ourselves. I asked them to arrange a local taxi for us and settle for it as there was none at the airport at the time and my request was declined. They said book a taxi and we will refund you. Airport taxi cost €140. One month later I`m still waiting on refund. There was no acknowledgement of their failure to provide service we booked, no apology. I have received email looking for feedback to which I replied and of course it wasn’t posted to their website, no follow up either. Every time I call they say there is a backlog and no one can do anything for me. Today Customer Service representative told me he can do nothing, no one can do anything and hanged up on me when I was asking to email Quality Department who deal with refunds and CC me on his response. Company is complete joke and staff is highly unprofessional. Never again will I book with the company or recommend to anyone I know. Stay away, you will get no transfer or refund! Ludmila Murasova

My flight was delayed for 1 hour and my drivers was gone I have looked and called four 30min NOBODY So i took a shuttlebus to my hotel Thats why i cancelled my ride back bacause they are not worth it

Absolutely disgraceful company. Booked and prepaid for a taxi so our daughter didnt have to organise it herself when she got to Alicante. The taxi didn't turn up.We contacted Sun Transfers about it but they have ignored the emails. If they were UK based we could bring a court claim but they rely on being in Spain. Basically fraudsters. Do not pre pay them as they will steal your money. Book someone with integrity.

We have just had the same experience and had the bad luck of speaking to their customer service person Ayola who was extremely rude and shouted down the phone, calling me a liar. We have been left high and dry with no transport back to the airport - a transfer service which we had already paid in full. Absolutely disgusting. Shame on Suntransfers

very poor service, the driver was nowhere to be seen when my children got out of the airport. They plane landed at 9:55, the driver called them at 10:44 to tell them to meet him in the car park, where they had to go alone, dragging their suitcases by 40 degree celsius. Customer service was not picking up the phone, and when my call got answered, i had to wait 20 mn to get an invitation (in spanish when i was calling the french customer service !) to leave a message (which I di), I'm still waiting fore them to get back to me (now it's for 16:27...) Never again !
