Worst transfer company I have used. Our flight got delayed with 35 minutes. As we were waiting at the baggage pick up they called me asking were we are. I explained the situation and said we would be there shortly. After we get out we can't see the driver so I call them back and then responds we were to slow and the driver had left. Now they won't even repay us saying it's our own fault.

We travelled back from Crete ,and we had a booking for a return minibus from our hotel to the airport for a group of 12 . The original pick up time order was 1330 , a day before yesterday evening I received a message from the airline company about our flight being delayed , instead of departure on 1635 , the new time was 1950 so I immediately contacted the chat to make the changes accordingly . The representative said that the local office is closed (around 2000) so he can't assist with this ( not something you would expect when you mention 24hr customer service ) and I needed to contact the day after around 9 and so I did . The representative checked and said that due to the last min change there is no availability and suggested me to cancel the booking or get to the airport 6 hour before departure time. no alternative was offered or even an attempt to solve this issue and as same goes for the refund. The only solution of the rep was wait with kids in the airport 6 hr ahead of time I have to say that I am shocked and disappointed from the level of service provided , as a company that claim to have such a high ranking in tripadvisor and trustpilot and etc I would expect better service , I choose to order due to the promise of free cancellation ,24hr customer service and etc .

Prebooked and payed in advance for a taxi from airport to Benalmadena with baby seat on a late flight. During the flight the company sent a text Message that they are NOT coming for pick up! Got a taxi outside, more expencive and without baby seat. Had to ride with the baby in my lap! Company say they will refund in 10 days! And offers 10% discount next time. There will NOT be any next time 😡

There were several delays last 19/7 and my flight was no exception, with a delay of 3 hours, going from Porto do Palma. I had a transfer from palma airport to my hotel, and when i finally arrived, tired and wanting to go to my hotel, i expected the driver to be waiting for me. No driver, no email, no sms, no phone call. I had to phone the Suntransfers number, and after a while waiting, finally told me the transfer was cancelled, without my knowledge. They didnt even bother telling me. So, after at 4 am i was stranded at Palma airport. Me, my wife and 2 children. I will never use suntransfers again.

AVOID AVOID and AVOID took our money no transfer provided. We were on time for our transfer early even as our flight landed 30 minutes early one of our bags got lost my husband was sorting that out so I went out with my children to find the transfer office found it and told the lady we would be 10minutes still early for what we booked. She turned around roaring at me giving me so much abuse I was shocked my two children started crying. She roared get away I’m marking you as a no show. This was in TENERIFE Also suntranfers will not reply to my emails they are a DISGRACE AVOID THEM

If I could give zero stars I would! This company are totally fraudsters. They did not pick me up in Mexico and refused to return my $170 telling me to claim on my travel insurance or through the airline! absolutely disgusting service avoid at all costs!

I booked a transfer in Tenerife, but had to cancel in February 2024. I realised that they didn't automatically issue a refund of over £200 and have now been dealing with them for weeks to get it processed (still nothing) and has now moved from incompetence to feeling like it's nefarious. Swerve like the plague. Not worth the hassle. Get yourself a cab from the airport and save the distress of having to deal with them if you have to. NOW OVER 6 MONTHS!!!

My flight time was changed 24 hours before departure, so I needed to change my pick up. Suntransfers told me it's their policy that they can't/won't make changes less that 48 hours before the scheduled pick up time and they would not refund the 120 Euros that I paid. I travel a lot and this is the first time I've ever come across a taxi company or booking service that needs 48 hours to amend a pick up time. Ridiculous policy and my advice is to avoid them.

Our driver was not waiting for us with a sign as we excited the luggage retrieval area. When we called the office we were told she was sitting in the cafe. After two more phone calls trying to locate her, we were told our hour had passed and she had left the airport. It was a very frustrating way to begin our time in Spain.

Horrendous experience. Booked return transfer from Barcelona airport to Costa brava. The driver wasn’t there when we arrived. I spent 20 mins trying to get a reply on WhatsApp before phoning an agent. While on the phone the driver arrived, over 30 mins late. He was rude and unapologetic. And clearly late for another trip. He took off at speed for the ten minute walk to where he had parked. He could clearly see one of our group, a woman in her 70s, was using a walker and could not keep up. The fittest amongst us couldn’t keep up and my husband and mother in law ended up far behind and lost. I asked him to pick them up in the taxi but he refused. He played loud music for the entire 2 hour journey. He drove really erratically, weaving between lanes on the motorway. But it was even worse when we go onto country roads and he started overtaking at every opportunity. It was a horrible transfer and when we got there his rudeness was even worse. He screamed at my 13 year old daughter because she tried to open the door to retrieve her iPad which she forgot she had left in the door storage. He made a big deal about getting it back out. We also asked him to wait for a moment to drop our bags to our holiday house, which we wouldn’t have really expected but we have had taxi drivers oblige us before. Again he was rude in his refusal, which there was no need for. We cancelled our return transfer and were very happy with the service we received from another company on the way home. We will never book with sun transfers again. Also good to note they were much more expensive than what we paid for our return journey. I have complained to the company but they take 30 days to reply so I have not had a response yet.

When I made my shuttle booking it said that I would be advised a pick-up time, but that if I wanted an earlier time that was possible. Turns out that was a blatant lie! Once they tell you your pick-up time, that's it - no changes allowed!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! - Not even worth 1 Star! Booked Suntransfers to take my daughter from our hotel to airport. Didn't turn up so we had to pay separately for a taxi. Suntransfers have refused to refund us! Appalling service, appalling customer service, appalling company! TRULY SHOCKING!

Contratamos Suntransfer teniendo en cuenta su puntuacion casi perfecta. Pero cuando nos recibió Jonathan en el Aeropuerto de Puntacana, todo se transformo en encuentro desagradable e inseguro. Pues nos abandonó en el aeropuerto y tuvimos que correr el riesgo de pagar un taxi. Cambiamos de compañia para nuestro regreso. Falta de profesionalidad y prepotencia, caracteristicas personales que no necesitamos los turistas que solo queremos llegar seguros y rapidamente a nuestro hotel. No. reservacion: SUNTR_PP4750

Very poor service in Portugal. We booked well in advance and received confirmation and vouchers. Nobody to collect us in arrival in Faro airport. Waiting 2 hours and their agent in airport organised a transfer. At the airport, she entered all details of our return flight and spoke on the phone to suntransfers. They confirmed return collection. Day of collection we still did not receive an email wth collection time ( this was stated on voucher that we would be notified). We phoned today (return date) and customer service said we should have logged in!! To what we asked? To our new system they said.. pity they don't tell tge customer about new system. Our old data was still in the system, not the uodated flight time we gave them at airport.. so they booked our collection 5 hours before our flight. When we phoned to change they said they could not. Awful service.. poor customer support.

Several times I used your service and always was happy with it. However, this time was TERRIBLE one. I don't like writing bad reviews usually, but couldn't leave it for the sake of other tourists and their families! First of all, because the price of the service was pretty high (at least much higher than average taxi) I was sure it would be at least safe... However, the whole journey from Antalya to Konakli was a disaster. We were 3 adults, 2 older kids and 1 baby 1.5 yo. The journey started nicely. In 20min we all felt that the air-conditioning is too strong. I asked the driver to put it down but he didn't get a word, his English was very poor. He switched off the aircon instead of lowering it down. I tried couple of times to ask him getting it back, but no chance, he didn't understand what we want. He just opened the window instead. Then in the middle of the way he stopped at the petrol station and said he needs some coffee because it's night and he is afraid to fall asleep. No problem, understandable. But he left us in the hot car for 15-20min, with little baby inside, who was extremely tired after a long fight!!! Couldn't it be a bit quicker?.. After we departured, the driver started to do phone calls, like 10 min each 2 of them. Driving quite fast, holding his phone in one hand, and speaking loudly on phone, we all felt it dangerous and couldn't wait this terrible journey finished. I will never use your service again, unfortunately. But please, improve your service for safety of other visitors of your nice country! Best regards, Katsiaryna.

First time in Dalaman and had to get to Oludeniz. Picked van service cos its cheaper and wasn't expecting much but the experience and service turned out to be excellent. We didn't have to wait long for the van both ways and had the whole van by ourselves without middle stops like private transfer. Highly recommend.

we PAID TO HAVETHEM PICK US UP IN BARCELONA. The CUSTOMS TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED AND THEY LEFT US THERE!!! My PHONE WAS NOT CHANGED TO EUROPEN SERVICES WHEN I GOT OFF THE PLANE. I've BEEN BATTLING THEM FOR A REFUND BUT NO go. Do NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
