“El conductor muy amable y professional. Sin embargo, la compañia es decepcionante... Contratamos el servicio de transfer privado (coche privado para 4) desde el aeropuerto de lanzarote a costa teguise. Contratamos este servicio en vez de ir en taxi por que ofrecian silla de bebe para el trayecto, con coste adicional. Cual fue nuestra sorpresa, en vez de un transfer privado con silla de bebe, nos vino a buscar in autobus!! Nada de lo que habiamos contratado por adelantado!! No recomendaria esta compañia y si estais pensando en utilizar esta empresa, hay otras que ofrecen mucho mejor servicio por el mismo precio ma's o menos. Y si al final os decidìs por esta compañia, pues que tengais suerte y aparezca lo que habeis contratado.”

“I had booked for a driver at the OR Tambo Airport in Johannesburg. The driver greeted me at the arrivals, he told me to wait outside so that we would get the car. I waited for 30 minutes and he never showed up. Horrible experience, I lost my money and time.”

“Keep away from this company. Arrived at Cairo Egypt and followed the instructions and went outside where a load of taxi drivers were waiting. I looked around for an hour but could not find anyone from Sun Transfers or a card with my name on so had to make other arrangements which was not easy. After asking for a refund was told was not entitled as the driver was there and missed me. That as far as I am concerned was a lie and the driver did not turn up as I looked everywhere. Anyway I managed to get most of the money back from my insurance but I would never use this company ever again.”

“I booked a seven-seater car for a round-trip transportation to and from the Cancun airport and Tulum. For the transportation from the airport to Tulum, the driver did not show up and when I called they simply stated that we had to find new transportation. Then for the trip from Tulum to the airport, I got an email at almost midnight the day before that my transportation was canceled. The car was supposed to come at 4am that morning because I had an 8am flight. I had to scramble to find new transportation and had to pay extra because it was so last minute. I was severely disappointed with this service and I would not recommend. I am lucky that I checked my email before I went to sleep otherwise I would have been out of luck trying to find transportation to make it to my flight on time.”

“Filed a claim after a I was not picked up at SDQ called the customer service line. I had difficulty talking to the customer service person. Long story short after 40 minutes I just took a cab. This was the second time that this had happened. The company did no respond to my request for a refund. I'm done”

“we booked transfers from lanzarote to apartment bus was late only sent 8 seater when there was 18+ waiting had to wait for another bus to turn up so not a good start on our return we was told our pick up was going to be at 1545 and to be ready at least 10 mins before me and my wife was at least 15/20 mins before pick up no one turned up we called there number only to be told the bus driver said no one was waiting i had pictures to prove differant we was told to get a taxi and we would get our money for this they had no other cars buses or anyone available to take us to airport so we had to walk to find a taxi and pay again i complained about this when home and all we got was the taxi fare no sorry nothing was offered 10% discount for next booking well they can have their 10% as i would never book with these again service is the worst i have ever come across please dont book with them they might be cheap but not worth the trouble you could find yourself in”

“Please be aware of this company. Do not use them. Upon are arrival in Cancun with 7 people they completely left all of us because it took to long to get thru customs. We called again to say we were still waiting for them and they refused to come back and get our group. We in turn had to pay additional 180 dollars to get to our hotel in Playa Del Carmen. Upon our return home this company was also 40 minutes late picking us all up to go back to the airport. We will never use this company again and if you’re smart you won’t either. Just giving you all a heads up. Thank you. Cheryl Johnson”

“Collected at the airport in a dirty shabby minivan, seatbelts didn’t work and driver drove like a lunatic, we had to shout at him to slow down a couple of times. On the return to the airport no one showed up when we rang we were told there was an error and they wouldn’t be coming luckily there was a taxi outside the hotel but we nearly missed our flight. Overall a terrible experience, they refunded the journey they didn’t show up for but response to the complaint regards the state of the minivan and the driver was extremely poor. It’s much cheaper to get a taxi outside airport so won’t be using this company ever again.”

“I booked a return & collection from Barcelona airport, as there were 4 passengers I booked a shuttle bus to make sure we had enough room for cases. The collection from Airport was spot on, although it was a car with the glove compartment hanging down, but got us there. No vehicle arrived for the return journey, so I rang the number supplied, everything in Spanish so I asked the hotel to ring, suntransfers rang back and said there was a delay, but they never showed up. hotel rang them several times again, but got no answer. they never tried to contact me at all. left us to get a taxi back. awful awful service, would not even score a one star to me Do not use find someone else”

“Booked a transfer between Lanzarote airport and my hotel. All's well as far as I thought, however received an email 30 minutes later to suggest my hotel wasn't actually in the location their booking software suggested it was and subsequently tried to stiff me for some more money. I've used this hotel twice a year for the last 10 years so I know where it is. I obviously complained and was told they rely on local agents to confirm the hotel location so nothing they could do. I cancelled, they didn't even refund the full amount paid. I would avoid these bandits”

“I had prepaid for transfer from Rio International Airport to my hotel. The plane arrived on time. I was one of the first passengers out to the arrivals hall. I looked for my name and the Suntransfers fir 30 minutes. There were many other companies but no Suntransfers, even had the porters looking but yet no luck, so I took a taxi to my hotel. Before leaving I tried contacting them and left a message to say he was not there. They now refuse to reimburse me as they say he was there. Why would I pay extra money for a taxi when I have already prepaid. I escalated this to one of the global Managers, however he has not bothered to get back to me. They even acknowledge that I did call to say he was not there, however they then said I should have called the emergency number which is exactly what I did. I would not use them. How do they know he actually arrived when he said he did. The driver also said he texted me, untrue as there were no text msgs on my phone. There are more reliable transfer services.”

“Appalling service from start to finish booked private car huge filthy white transit van turned up driver dropped us middle of nowhere said didn’t know where he was going. Return journey we waited 30 mins driver didn’t turn up when I called they said it was an error we had to stop a taxi & pay for it to airport. Overall shocking company never use again”

“I booked a transfer from Denpasar airport to my ubud hotel. Unfortunately me baggage did not arrive and it took me 3 hrs to file my lost baggage claim. Suntransfers waited patiently the entire time and took me to hotel. In my book-Excellent service”

“Horrible Before travelling, I emailed a simple question about providing a step to help an aged traveller to get into one of their mini vans, and received a nasty reply about drivers not being medically trained. Lesson learned. Do not use this business”

“PLEASE DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY. My transportation was booked and confirmed before my arrival. I arrived at the Cancun airport searching for the company for about 30 minutes, I finally get in contact with someone from customer and they tell me I do not have a driver due to " Logistic Reasons" . I received zero notification about any changes and they had the nerve to send me a cancellation email after the phone call, ended up having to paying 150 USD to get to my destination by taxi at the airport !”

“The flight is delayed and we told the customer service that the flight is delayed before departure and they told us that the driver will be waiting at the airport. Double confirmed with the customer service after arrival, that the driver will be waiting at the airport. After picking up the luggage, we found that the driver had already left half an hour ago. No any calls from the driver, no assistance from customer service, and no refunds despite buying the so-called "gold guarantee". Service is much more expensive than taxi. Stay away from this company,”
