“Booked a transfer between Lanzarote airport and my hotel. All's well as far as I thought, however received an email 30 minutes later to suggest my hotel wasn't actually in the location their booking software suggested it was and subsequently tried to stiff me for some more money. I've used this hotel twice a year for the last 10 years so I know where it is. I obviously complained and was told they rely on local agents to confirm the hotel location so nothing they could do. I cancelled, they didn't even refund the full amount paid. I would avoid these bandits”

“I had prepaid for transfer from Rio International Airport to my hotel. The plane arrived on time. I was one of the first passengers out to the arrivals hall. I looked for my name and the Suntransfers fir 30 minutes. There were many other companies but no Suntransfers, even had the porters looking but yet no luck, so I took a taxi to my hotel. Before leaving I tried contacting them and left a message to say he was not there. They now refuse to reimburse me as they say he was there. Why would I pay extra money for a taxi when I have already prepaid. I escalated this to one of the global Managers, however he has not bothered to get back to me. They even acknowledge that I did call to say he was not there, however they then said I should have called the emergency number which is exactly what I did. I would not use them. How do they know he actually arrived when he said he did. The driver also said he texted me, untrue as there were no text msgs on my phone. There are more reliable transfer services.”

“Appalling service from start to finish booked private car huge filthy white transit van turned up driver dropped us middle of nowhere said didn’t know where he was going. Return journey we waited 30 mins driver didn’t turn up when I called they said it was an error we had to stop a taxi & pay for it to airport. Overall shocking company never use again”

“I booked a transfer from Denpasar airport to my ubud hotel. Unfortunately me baggage did not arrive and it took me 3 hrs to file my lost baggage claim. Suntransfers waited patiently the entire time and took me to hotel. In my book-Excellent service”

“Horrible Before travelling, I emailed a simple question about providing a step to help an aged traveller to get into one of their mini vans, and received a nasty reply about drivers not being medically trained. Lesson learned. Do not use this business”

“PLEASE DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY. My transportation was booked and confirmed before my arrival. I arrived at the Cancun airport searching for the company for about 30 minutes, I finally get in contact with someone from customer and they tell me I do not have a driver due to " Logistic Reasons" . I received zero notification about any changes and they had the nerve to send me a cancellation email after the phone call, ended up having to paying 150 USD to get to my destination by taxi at the airport !”

“The flight is delayed and we told the customer service that the flight is delayed before departure and they told us that the driver will be waiting at the airport. Double confirmed with the customer service after arrival, that the driver will be waiting at the airport. After picking up the luggage, we found that the driver had already left half an hour ago. No any calls from the driver, no assistance from customer service, and no refunds despite buying the so-called "gold guarantee". Service is much more expensive than taxi. Stay away from this company,”

“EMPRESA DESONESTA. Reserver 2 transfers no Mexico. Não compareceram em nenhum dos 2. Perdi tempo e dinheiro, tive que pegar táxi ruim e caro. Não reembolsam o prejuízo. Evite esta empresa. Sequer existem juridicamente. Procurei um CNPJ no Brasil e não existe.”

“I booked last summer from palma de mallorca to magaluff and no drivers at the arrival. Yesterday from krakow airport to the center and no drivers again. Theyrefund but it s happened mpre than once..so I ll look for other companies from now on”

“Hello be careful of this company. I booked this for transfer from Barcelona airport to cruise port. Did not see the driver at airport. Got email from cpany saying driver left and I should call immediately. NO NUMBER INCLUDED IN EMAIL!! FINALLY FOUND A NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE, RECORDING IN SPANISH AND NO ONE ANSWERED!!! WEBSITE WOULDN'T ALLOW CANCELLATION EVEN THOUGH I BOUGHT PROTECTION.JUST GO THE AIRPORT AND GET TAXI FROM OUTSIDE. LET'S STOP THE EXTORTION.”

“Do not use this company! I booked a transfer in Malta and despite receiving booking confirmation and my money being taken, on arrival the taxi company had not received the booking (which they told me was a regular occurrence) so I had to pay again and wait for a taxi to become available. 3 weeks later after calling and email correspondence I have yet to receive a refund.”

“Driver was late picking us up and was no help putting our luggage in his vehicle. In the pouring rain he proceeded to drive wildly through the streets and 80 on the expressway. So glad we made it to the airport without an accident. The worst service that I have ever experienced. Will not recommend or use this service again.”

“This was a good company pre-covid, but now it is awful. Our ride from the Tel Aviv airport to Haifa was very bad. The driver had no sign and made no effort to find my party of eight. When I finally found him and asked him if he was our driver he refused to give me a straight answer. He said he called my number but did not have my number on his phone. He also spent the whole trip talking on his cell phone. The trip from the Civitavecchia to the airport was worse because the pickup never happened. The ship was supposed to port at seven in the morning but was late. I was contacted at 7:10 by Suntranfers to let me know the driver would only wait 20 minutes. I explained that we were queued up ready to get off as soon as the ship cleared customs. I was called again at 7:25 to tell me the driver was leaving, the ship had not yet cleared customs, I explained that I need to get my party of 8 to the airport and it included 2 80 year olds. She did not care and said the driver was leaving. The driver never bothered to contact me, again. We were at the front of the port by 7:30 and the driver was gone. I have no proof he was ever there. I hired a local van for over twice the amount Suntransfers charged me and got my family to the airport. Now these creeps are refusing to give me my money back. Useless!!”

“We have used Suntransfers for years and always a great service, however we booked and paid for a transfer from Malaga City to the Airport, less than 24hrs before pick up received an email with an alternative pickup point due to road closure, this was a 20 minute walk with cases we found a closer pick up point with parking available, contacted Suntransfers requesting new pick up point and they refused, we cancelled and were told cancellation was less than 48hrs, no refund, even though they change the booking pick up point, will not use again or recommend. Terrible service, a simple refund would have resolved the issue.”

“Sim foi.primeiramete cheguei a Paris as 00 do dia 04/10. Tive que tomar um taxi por minha conta., pois o transfer.nao.estava no local Mesmo tendo feito a denucia a empresa , ninguém tomou atitude nenhma. Denunciei o nome o motorista Pheng, gastei U& 164.00 para ser levada (quase jogada poiso mororita nem fex z a gentileza de me ajudar a buscarmo terminal de embarque) e buscada ate o aerporto e até agora nao tive nenhuma satisfaçãoda minha reclamação VIAJO DENTRO DO POSSOVEL!! Mas NUnCA MAIS RECOMENDAREI ESSA EMPRESA. SERVIÇO PESSIMO”
