If there was an option of no stars I would choose it. They left me stranded at the airport at 2.30 in the morning because “there was no driver available” even though I had paid upfront weeks in advance. When I rang up for help I was implying told we had to cancel and no further help was offered

I booked a return transfer on the 7th October, the transfer driver came at 6am at the hotel for pickup ,the reception rang my room I told them my transfer is at 9.35am but the driver spoke to me was being very rude and saying you have to go now there is no transport later to pick you up .I tried ringing suntranfer twice from my hotel I had network problem.The driver came again at 8am to pick me up I still insisted my transfer is at 9.35 I showed him my transfer booking but he started getting aggressive and demanding us to come now which then I had no choice .The driver picked up 7 other passengers from a different hotel I then said I booked a private transport so did the other party said the same ,the driver wasn't listening and was rang his boss because the luggage wouldn't fit in the vehicle, he put half of the luggage under our feet no leg room it was very uncomfortable and stressful.All the driver kept saying was you should have come at 6am not 8am so he tried to blame me for the stress he was causing .After an hour and half the driver pulled up at sabiha gokche Airport.I then panicked and told the driver this isn't our Airport, look at my transfer booking he said your booking transfer details are wrong,he wouldn't have any of it.other party got dropped of I said I will miss my flight you need to take us to Istanbul airport can you not see on the booking voucher.The driver rang his boss and passed the phone to me and said miss your booking voucher is wrong we will not take you to istanbul airport get out of the car and make your own way .I was so humiliated by the driver thrown us out of the vehicle and our luggage plus the operator boss was very rude.My 2 daughters were travelling with me to, we were all very upset and humiliated what just happened, by then it was 10.35am our flight departure was at 1.15 .I flagged a taxi and had to pay £30 to istanbul airport which was another hour and half journey we all was panicking we will miss our flight.we arrived at the airport at 12pm and had to rush and push to check-in by then our flight was boarding and made it by 10mins.The whole transfer experience was very traumatised.I asked for a refund as I never got to my destination airport. suntranfer replied,that we will investigate the complaint and will get back to you in 45 days which is a joke to be fair. Suntranfer should take our complaints very seriously because being in a different country, which the transfer driver don't check or speak or understand our language.Its all about taking our money .

Whilst our driver did collect us, he drove to our hotel (only 50 min drive away) at 160km/h. We did not feel safe in the car

Plane flight was late, connection misses, no ride available. No apology no refund no advice. Money thrown away. Aviation starting with a thud.

I booked this ride for a single reason, I needed car seats for my 2 kids. And I paid 14€ extra for that… obviously the car came without car seats and the driver had no idea what we are talking about. So this was worthless, I could’ve taken any taxi for half the price. Thanks for nothing.

We booked and prepaid 6 transfers (2 cars on 3 different days). Day 1, only one car was used as many people had problems with airline delays and missed getting to our destination. Unfortunately, we didn't get reimbursed. Day 2, we amended pick up times to an earlier pick up because cruise line forced our exit and one vehicle was accommodated, the other was cancelled. Doing this through a robot at first, then with 2 different agents online took over 2 hours. It was excruciating and disappoiting, to say the least. Then, receiving an email stating that we would NOT be reimbursed for what we cancelled because a car was sent at the original pick up time. Day 3, Transfer was cancelled by you within 24 hours of picking up without offering an alternative. Thanks for reimbursing this amount. Through all this, speaking on the phone with an actual person was NEVER possible since the number provided is to a machine, then to the robot online.

Excellent service. Coach was easy to find on arrival at Tenerife airport. Driver helpful with luggage. Communication about the return pick up was very good. Received a text and a note under our hotel room door with time of pick up. Arrived to pick us up a few minutes early. Good value for money, would definitely use them again.

We booked transfer from Thessaloniki to Nikiti and return journey a couple of weeks before our holiday! Despite our flight arriving late at night and being delayed our driver was waiting for us. Very friendly and happy chap! Our driver on return trip was early! Was happy to wait until pick up time if we needed. Both vehicles were good quality and clean and appeared well maintained. Would definitely use again.

BEWARE I booked a taxi from Palma airport for the 18th September to take us to are resort give them flight information time we we’re landing came out airport looked we’re all the taxi drivers we’re standing with peoples names not there so told my partner to stay there went outside where all the taxi drivers were not there ether so went back in waited 25-30 minutes still no show so made other arrangements get to resort emailed them got one back promising to sort it out 4-5 days still not heard anything or had a refund sent more emails no reply so BEWARE take your money then no show people like these give genuine taxi drivers a bad name

I am typing this while still on the bus. Entered the bus at 21:30, it's 23:00 at this moment and the bus is currently at Playa Ingles even though my dropoff zone is San Augustin and we passed that already. Save yourself a bus ride that's almost as long as your plane ride and book somewhere else or take a taxi

No driver waiting at the airport as stated upon booking. I finally found the kiosk and the woman told me to wait on side of the road for a taxi, waited up to an hour from landing Once the driver arrived he had no idea of where he was taking me My return pickup back to the airport was due to to be there at 18.15 but was late causing me to worry about missing my flight. I had to call the emergency helpline number to track down my driver, they just put me on hold and said car would be there soon Not good enough, very poor, sloppy service. I wouldn't recommend or book with again

According to the last 100 reviews on this website, their rating is actually 2 and not 4.7 as claimed. Only about 25% of the last 100 reviewers recommended this company and not 93% as claimed. 75% of the last 100 reviewers had a horrible experience with Suntransfers (mostly 1 star ratings). These discrepancies are just another evidence of this company being basically a SCAM. My own experience was horrible as well – their driver just didn’t care to stop and pick me up at the hotel they themselves have chosen and sent me to for a pick up. I was tracking the bus (as I was risking to miss my flight) – the bus driver just DIDN’T CARE to come at their own designated pick up spot. Customer service is a joke – they provide customer service phone numbers that connect you to some other unrelated companies located in Caribbean or God knows where. When you finally get the right number, they promise you mountains (like “take the taxi and we will pay for it”) but give you nothing in the end – do not expect neither refunds nor email responses. Their live chat support may appear to work well but those chat operators (and, of course, first you have to go through those stupid chat bots) are useless in the end. This company appears to be run by a bunch of inexperienced tech entrepreneurs who contract cheap(est) transportation companies in different locations and try to coordinate all those transfers via inexperienced phone and chat operators who most likely work remotely from all over the place. The business model is to create a (false) appearance of a solid on-line company, to collect money and to dispense with responsibilities. If you are lucky, you may get transfers on time at reasonable prices (although local professional transfer companies have similar pricing). But there is a very high probability (> 75%) that you will get into a trouble and a big expense of your time, money, and nerves. It’s just not worth taking the risk.

Bus picked us up from airport. One of our party left his bag on the bus with passport, wallet ( £100) and driving licence as we were dropped off at the hotel. Rang them 5 minutes after being dropped off and was told to ring back in the morning. Rang the next day and to be told they had the bag( happy days ) then we had a phone call to say it had been dropped at the hotel, but this was a liar 😬 rang back again over the weekend Not once I would say 20 times for them to then say they didn't have the bag, but then to say they had the folder that was in the bag with passport in 🤦‍♂️ ( winner you may say) Not. Then for more phones call for them to say they didn't have the folder. So No bag No passport and No wallet. Mist our flight home, extra night in benidorm and new passport from embassy. We didn't care about the money or bag. Just wanted the passport back. I'd never use these again

Worst experience!! Even though we gave them 8 hours notice, they refused to reschedule and they refused to refund money. Horrible service and they don’t stand behind their written policies. NEVER USE THEM!!

no one picked me up at the airport, customer service exceeded, I have been waiting for my refund for over a month and multiple reminders. it's scandalous especially since it's more expensive than a taxi in the end. extremely disappointed. to avoid

réservation navette LW 5707 en juillet au Portugal Espinho la navette n'est jamais arrivée. aucune prise en charge par assurance qui nous dit de nous débrouiller seul et de faire réclamation. réclamation envoyée 25 juillet AR promettant réponse dans les 30 jours. rappel de ma part le 29 aout 2022. Toujours sans réponse ni remboursement. je commence à douter de l'honnête de ce site
