Awful service We booked a mini-van transfer from Tenerife South to the Costa Adeje, with a booster seat for our child. There was no driver waiting for us with our names. The service at the Avanti desk was rude and basically ignored us as we waited 20+minutes with no update. We were finally told to follow a man all the way back through the airport with our luggage and tired child and hailed a cab from the taxi rank. It was a normal size vehicule not the one we had booked and no booster was provided for our child. I thoroughly regret booking through this service and I have no co fence that they will deliver our return transfer to the airport next week after the disaster yesterday.

This is supposed to be a "door-to-door" service. I was dropped near my accommodation on arrival, but I had to drag all my luggage along a dirt track and find it myself. The return pick-up was even further away, at a crossroads, with no seating. I turned up early and stood for half an hour waiting for a shuttle that never turned up. I eventually got a taxi which cost me €50.

Best to update your Malta arrival info, There is no Costa coffee and no coaches only signs, everything has changed at the airport And the transfer kiosk wasn’t sun transfer it was supreme transfer Very confusing

This is terrible service.! Don't recommend it. I was left stranded in the Dominican Republic with my 2 small children. They never called or emailed to tell me that they would never show up. I had to call in from the airport to get my money back, and that took days. The people helping me in the airport told me this was the worse company to travel in super irresponsible and not reliable at all.

We have used Sun Transfers over a period of many years without any problems at all.. once again we booked them (online) for a trip today from Arrecife airport to our accommodation.. we had some difficulty gaining access to the property but our driver was absolutely brilliant (5 Stars) allowing us to use his phone & taking the time to help us sort the problem! I would highly recommend Sun Transfers & would not hesitate in booking again & would like to thank them for such an amazing service.

Terrible service .booked private transfer from lanzarote airport to playa blanca. Went to station 21 as advised,waited,was met by a guy under pressure.i gave him my name and asked where was my driver.he went on his phone.we waited 30 minutes for our driver,and what came next?we were greeted with an old 16 seater minibus with almost 400,000km on the clock.i asked where was my private car?to which I was told this is it .we had a rough rattle and roll journey to playa Blanca.I’ve used suntransfers for years,but never ever again ,and not even an apology.,we did get €15 refund ,for what I don’t know..that’s me done with suntransfers.

Just over two weeks ago I had a return trip booked with Sun transfers to and from Tenerife South airport. I am originally from the UK however now live in Puerto de la Cruz and was visiting home for the first time since the move. I arrived at the pick-up point, as advised 15 minutes before and subsequently waited there till 40 MINUTES AFTER with no sign of a coach nor driver. It is an open, one way street so there is no way I could have missed it. During the 55 minutes I waited at the pick up point, I contacted the customer service chat on whatsapp as well as called them several times. Once I got through to an advisor, the lady said she couldn't get through to the company and that I should take a taxi and keep the receipts to be reimbursed, ensuring I don't miss my flight. I was apprehensive of this as I know the taxi's cost over 100 euros to reach Tenerife south but I was left with no choice and therefore took the chance. As soon as I arrived at the airport and checked in, I submitted the receipts via email to Sun transfer as advised, including screenshots of the advisors instructions as justification. Over two weeks later I received a response and to no surprise the company were trying to get out of it by saying their driver was at the location and that I should have called within 10 minutes of them being late. HOWEVER, in their terms and conditions it states that the driver would call the number allocated if I wasn't their. Luckily enough I live in Puerto de la cruz and am friendly with local vendors, so am currently obtaining CCTV footage to counteract this argument. However this shouldn't be the case. No solo female or anyone, especially on their own, should not be objected to the stress endured from what is meant to be a professional transfer company. Not only for being ABESNT but also ADVISING to take a TAXI which they would later REFUSE to REIMBURSE by LYING that they were at the location STATED. There are many other ways (which I will be taking in future) to get to and from the airports in Tenerife, including local buses that are cheaper and ACTUALLY SHOW UP. Please don't make the same mistake I did, I am a student who's now lost 130 euros, all because a company won't accept responsibility for their ill actions.

My Experience with Suntranfers/Tio Luis Transport I’ve frequently used this company across Europe without any hitches, and my initial experience in Punta Cana was no different. Joel from Tio Luis sent a WhatsApp message on the morning of our arrival, complete with a selfie and clear instructions on where to meet. Despite the chaotic scene at Punta Cana airport, filled with people holding name signs, we didn’t spot ours. Fortunately, we were greeted by Kelly, another Tio Luis employee, who efficiently got us to our resort. However, the return trip was a different story. Following their instructions, I confirmed our departure details with both Joel and Kelly 24 hours in advance, even planning to be ready 15 minutes before our scheduled noon pickup. When our driver hadn’t arrived by 12:15 pm, I contacted Joel, who had the driver call me back. The driver claimed to be stuck in traffic, promising to arrive in 15 minutes. Yet, after an hour of repeated assurances and no sign of the van, we resorted to hiring taxis. As we were about to leave in the taxis, the driver finally appeared. Despite his continued claims of traffic delays, our trip to the airport revealed minimal traffic, casting doubt on his story. It was a frustrating end to an otherwise smooth service.

Stay in Seville, 2 days before departure we find out that a marathon has been organized on Sunday departure day. We will inform Suntransters about the event and suggest another pick-up location. Trail is completely closed. But for Suntransfers this is not necessary and there is no problem!! Day of departure, everything closed... Driver was still able to enter, but outside.... Contacted Suntransfers at that moment. While calling, the phone was cut off... Watts app... No answer... After repeatedly texting Watts what to do, we were allowed to take a taxi. Now Suntransfers has refused to refund the amount owed to us, due to unforeseen circumstances!!! An annual event is no exception!!! And certainly not when the customer informs you 2 days in advance!!! scandalous

Airport Tenerife sud. I booked and payed in advance since we were traveling with my parents and my grandchildren (age 3,2 and 1/2). There were nobody to meet us with our name in the arrival sone. Then we went to the desk 36 and had to stand in line. When it was my turn we had to wait 15 min for the taxi. They had seats for the infant og the child. At pick ut from the hotel they met on time for us. But arrived 15 min late for my other family. When they arrived at the airport they also had to go to the desk 36 and stand in line. Then wait for the taxi, and when the taxi came the driver should have a break so they sat in the taxi 15 min waiting. The driver drive fast so they felt unsafe. When they should be picked up at the hotel to get to the aiport no driver showed up. The called him after 11 min after sceduled time, and the driver said he was 3 min away. That is 15 min late. But they could not find the driver and nobody looked for them so after 30 min late they were picked up. They almost missed the flight. Dont use Suntransfer if you think it would be a smooth pickup and reliable regarding time and apointment.

I had booked a transfer from Dubai airport to the Palm. Received a confirmation sent. Upon arrival in Dubai, the contact person was difficult to find. He called Sun and our transfer was not on the dd list, he called again, but no transport was possible. I just had to send a message and I would get my money back. I received an email that I should have called myself, you will not get your money back. Shameful!! Scam!!

Really poor service, waited so long for the driver to turn up. The coordinator was so rude and unapologetic. Will not book them again and will never recommend 😡

Load of rubbish. Arrived at Tenerife....Basically after 30 minutes,.escorted to the Taxi rank where they flag one of their mates down and shove you in a standard Taxi You can do this yourself, for less money and get there quicker! Do Not Use!!!!

Waited 50 minutes for our transfer to the airpirt. Numerous international phone calls (being kept on hold too) and promises of "it will be 20 minutes", "15 minutes", "another 5 minutes". Finally, we had no option but to go to a taxi rank and hail a cab. Just made it to the flight in time. Shocking service. It was clear that the booking had been completely forgotten, and then the mistake was compounded by promising a cab that was never going to materialise.

My experience with Suntransfers:we were supposed to see a transfer waiting for us at Barcelona cruise terminal at 9.00 am.The day before I had informed the company of the arrival time of the ship,5.00 am, and our debarcation time,9.00 am.So we were outside at 9.00 am.No transfer!After 15 min. I telephoned the spanish branch and asked what had happened.Answer:we were there at 5.00 am,trird to contact,no answer and left.We have no driver available,you'l have to take a local taxi!!(?) and that was it.What about me informing them the day before and their answer we'll take care of it.You call that service?For us NO MORE

Booked a transfer from the Barcelona airport to our hotel. We were charged and not given the service. Suntransfers refused to refund our pre-payment and our Credit Card company attempted to get the refund without success.

As a business owner myself, I do not enjoy seeing negative reviews but do yourself a favour and do NOT book with this company. We booked and paid for our transfer and our flight was on time, however, getting through customs was a slow and arduous process. We only had carry on luggage but it took an hour to exit the airport. We then found out our shuttle had left without us as “we only wait an hour” and obviously do not monitor flights. They then said they had no shuttles for us as they were all booked and suggested taking a cab for an additional $220 (one way). After 45 minutes of “negotiations” we were able to get another shuttle for $95, but they made sure we paid up front before telling us the location of the “new” shuttle (we thought they might not hold up their end). Left us with a bad taste in our mouth for this organization and very poor customer service! Find another honest company!!

No había nadie esperando en el sitio acordado. Me llamaron en un Inglés mal hablado, diciendo que tardarían un rato en llegar y que saliera fuera a la calle, a esperar, con temperatura de cero grados. Después de varias llamadas y esperando en la calle, más de media hora, nos ha recogido. Ha llegado media hora tarde y hemos perdido tiempo de nuestro viaje, además de la incomodidad de esperar en la calle. Muy descontento con el servicio, no lo volveré a utilizar y mucho menos lo recomiendo a nadie. Buscaros otra agencia de transporte.
