“Terrible service from Progolf online. Very quick to take the money but appauling at delivery and non existent customer service. Paid extra for the tracked delivery (2-3 days) but the goods were not dropped off at the courier until day 5! Don't bother phoning because they will away from the desk or on the other line. Don't bother 'leaving a message and we will get back to you' because they won't. In fact just don't bother.”

Hi Having checked your order we can see that you did pay for tracked delivery, but unfortunately this was missed by the warehouse. We will of course be refunding you the charge for this. The telephone has been exceptionally busy of late and it is currently taking us a few days longer than usual to respond to messages left. Again apologies that your order was mishandled.
