“Needed a new travel bag. Liked the look of yours to go with my 4 bags! Love you products apart from the bottom pocket zips which would be better if they closed from left to right, opposite from at present. Easier to open when carrying!”

“I was working abroad and wanted to buy some birthday presents for friends so ordered online but asked for the delivery address to be different from the billing address as I wasn't going to be home to give the present. The transaction was accepted but then held up due to the fact that the company thought that the transaction might be fraudulent as there were a number of factors they were concerned about. Different delivery address from billing address, buying two of the same thing etc etc..So the delivery was delayed...I have to say though that the delay was minimal until they had checked to see whether this was a fraudulent transaction or not (for me and for them!).. The very good thing is that I was kept informed at all points and the contact from the customer services agent was responsive and highly informative as to the what, why and timing etc. The delivery arrived only 48 hours later than originally planned with us all feeling happy that checks had been made and the transaction was a good one. I am very impressed with the fact that fraud is taken seriously and that the delivery arrived very quickly. The contact through the web site is also good. The one thing I would appreciate is that the company has an international call number that they can be contacted on as people from abroad may wish to buy their products in the future..”

“Item was good and dispatched quickly from sun Mountain, however the company paid to delivery the item was not the same and I was disappointed as I paid for express delivery to receive the item for my partners birthday but had to collect it from there depot because they failed to delivery my goods when they said. therefore you may wish to review the delivery company you use!!! wont use the company again”

Hi The Zero G Belt that you ordered was always being clearly shown on the web site as BACK ORDER with a delivery date given of early March, as this is the first delivery to arrive of this new product. All customer emails that are received are sent a confirmation response and are then answered usually within 48 hours, did you receive an automated response from us or just nothing? “When I placed my order it wasn't obvious to me that you didn't have the item in stock & that it would be months before you did. When I received an email to say the item was on back order I expected to wait weeks. When I rang & was told it would be some 3 months I changed the colour, then you forgot to send the replacement & I had to ring you again. Not very slick.”

“I already own the H2NO cart bag, which is great. I have been wanting to get the H2NO 14 way carry bag for when I go travelling on tour with the boys for a while now. The service was great kept me updated from the start and tracking of the shipment arrived the next working day. The bag itself is fantastic the 14 way divider at the top of the bag lays the clubs out in an easy to manage way, the bag is light to carry even with a full set of clubs and all the other gear you end up carrying. Great quality with the right amount of pockets and for well let's face it the UK weather conditions a waterproof bag is the only way to go.”
