Hi Yes unfortunately a mistake was made, we have already agreed to the return and to ship the correct product to you even though you are no longer in the UK. We are really not sure what else we could have done!

Hi If you are any way dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us to arrange a return for refund. The parts you have purchased are pictured accurately on the website, if this is not as they are on your trolley then of course they will not fit correctly. There are 2 different umbrella holder mounts for the PX4 trolleys.

“After having previous models of the cart bag I was intrigued to see the upgrades/differences. Some are great others not so! The added protection on the common west points is great, the fact that the small valuables pockets are split in two is awful! Cant fit your phone in the pocket! I think the stitching will be coming apart to make it the normal pocket size. The club separation design I do like! Took a bit of getting used to but having the irons down both sides with longer clubs in the middle works well. Overall love the bag”

Hi Can you please highlight where an umbrella holder mount for the Sun Mountain trolleys mount has failed when used? If there is any issue with the product itself a return and refund is always an option.

“From start to finish found the serrvice very helpful - from enquiring availability of acquiring another carry bag hood, requesting details to model type, style and colour the service was great. Within a couple of days i was notified that a replacement had been found and instructions were given on how to order - order placed and hood was despatched, very prompt professional service.”
