“We were loosing interest in searching for a holiday when visiting local shops, but our enthusiasm was restored when the lady at sun lounger made a real effort and actually asked if we had time to sit and go through some options, finding a short list for us to consider. needless to say we have booked.”

I'm very pleased to hear you found the our team member helpful, however I am saddened to hear the costing increase that we unfortunately have no control over has left such a lasting impression. I understand that the query around charging for the assistance has been rectified and this is as always free of charge.

“Went in wanting a holiday in a £1200 budget. Just needed to be warm as it was in March. The assistant came up with 5 countries that we went through and in 1/2 an hour we had put a deposit on our next holiday. Very helpful and knowledgeable.”
