“Rep was very helpful could not do enough for me, but having travelled frequently to Hamburg to visit family. Finding exspensive. regarding 2X i think she should be upgraded not down.”

I'm very pleased to hear you found the our team member helpful, however I am saddened to hear the costing increase that we unfortunately have no control over has left such a lasting impression. I understand that the query around charging for the assistance has been rectified and this is as always free of charge.

“Went in wanting a holiday in a £1200 budget. Just needed to be warm as it was in March. The assistant came up with 5 countries that we went through and in 1/2 an hour we had put a deposit on our next holiday. Very helpful and knowledgeable.”
